The official rosters for Proleague's second round have been announced, revealing several changes and shake-ups. Notably, America's State has been added to the Prime roster. He has not officially joined the team, but is attempting to do so. State had moved into the Prime house several weeks before in order to continue his Korean training after fOu disbanded.
Former fOu player Hurricane has joined Samsung. According to Inven, Hurricane had been training at the Samsung team house since January 10th, having received a recommendation from former fOu head coach Choya.
Choya himself has joined Prime as a player. After announcing his return to SC2, MKP has officially been added to Prime's roster.
A large number of Startale players have been added to the IM roster due to their Proleague partnership.
KT's Hoejja has been changed from player-coach to a full time coach, and will be assisting new head coach HOT-Forever. Zest replaces Hoejja as team captain.
Proleague Round 2 begins on Sunday, Feb 23 10:00am GMT (GMT+00:00) with Samsung vs. CJ Entus and KT Rolster vs. Jin Air.

Kop changed his race to Protoss and seems to fail to master it also he did not attend any of KHAH matches in Round 1 which shows that he could leave the team long ago and not now
I can't help but smile: Zest promoted as captain, like, the week after he all-kills SKT. "SHOW US THE WAY".
Other than that, yay for Prime, a few welcome addition I feel (MKP <3), though I don't expect them to do that much better (and State...). Oh and GuMiHo on CJ's roster ? Will he move there?

Gerrard is great coach and still operates the team so you can remove your stupid statement.
This means an up for IM and Prime, a down for Jinair (if sOs doesn't get his shit together) since it's too much for Maru to handle alone. Mvp appears to be a candidate for next round's last place, compared to the competition. Though I think it might easily be possible for Prime to fall back to last place again, since MKP's playstyle was way figured out. And proleague preparations might be too much for him to handle. He really gotta change things up somehow. Also, Choya, as great as a guy he is, he's not really that strong of a player. :/
A lot of interesting news here, glad to see Hurricane also finding a home, Choya to Prime surprised me a lot. I hope it all pans out well for IM, ST and Prime.
Nothing too shocking imho, but still kinda excited to see some of the new Prime/IM players perform. I thought Choya wanted to go to the military after fOu? Maybe he'll just play some last games for prime/help them coach before he goes.

Zest is a few days yougner than Flash. Furthermore, Zest only joined from WMF a couple of years ago and Flash has been with KT since almost forever.
Most likely they selected the captain based on personality, i.e. who can be the "big brother" of the team.
then zest is among the 1%. was trying to say not just in the game but in all aspects. korea commonly practices seniority by age and status. in this case, zest over flash because of "hyung" image.

Understandable choice promoting Zest over Flash, Flash is ace player and they don't want (or he doesn't want) to have extra responsibilities in order to focus on the game. Or then it was in-house ranking, who knows, who cares.
Have to agree that BO5 looks silly with these huge lineups and makes for too short series in my opinion (some exceptions there are of course).

Zest is a magnificent player, hope he does well as captain!
Hopefully Prime has some more power now, though I don't suspect the impact to be that severe.
Life, Curious, Squirtle and Mvp on the same team, this is awesome. But I'm doubting IM as a whole though.

CJ's roster looks dangerous, but has failed to live up to expectations. If those semi-big names play well, bolstered by GuMiho, CJ might be able to shake things up though.

State in PL? Given that he's on Prime there's a good chance we'll get to see him play, I probably won't put him in my FPL though. Prime actually look stronger than MVP now which is kinda crazy.
If IM don't hit playoffs with a lineup like that, I'm switching to Terran for a month, that's a crazy good team right there.

Second Prime was so embarrassed by their previous season's performance that they didn't even participate that round. Rest assured we would have been 1-4 in the PL format had Prime stuck it out for another season.

GSTL wins from a different game aren't relevant in today's PL. What is relevant is that time you got last in GSTL in 2013 and lost to NSH huehuehue

There is one thing that I feel bad about is that our favorite teams in Proleague are KHAN and CJ and our fav player plays in a different team

Great move for State, i hope he`s gonna play once or twice this Round. And somehow, the old eSF players semm to find new teams. Hoping that Kespa is able to bear that much players in these hard times for Starcraft 2.
Nice, all these additions seem like improvements for teams that needed them. I hope we see prime play better, it was pretty sad to see them bottoming the charts after being a top sc2 team for so long.

State has been added to the Prime roster. He has not officially joined the team, but is attempting to do so. State had moved into the Prime house several weeks before in order to continue his Korean training after fOu disbanded.
