The original mod thread is completely dead at this point. The subreddit is more a formality than anything else. The forum is somewhat active, but with most of the serious discussion in specific threads, its hard to keep up with the trends and opinions. I think the spread out discussion was preparing for the influx of players, but with the hype gone its hard to justify. | ||

Sc2 is easier to access and play a game or two... More casual players that don't own Sc2 are already playing games more suited for them like LoL or Dota and also free to play... Even with Sc2 decline lots of money is being invested into marketing and hyping different tournaments... Starbow can have its day in the Sun eventually, probably few years after LotV (if it will also suck like HotS which many believe it will) or if a financial benefactor shows up and it is willing to invest a sizeable amount of money that will bring in known and loved pro gamers.... | ||
