I honestly don't think there has ever been a non-North American Halo/COD team at an MLG (correct me if I'm wrong because I don't actually watch those games)
I'm pretty sure only the online event is NA only. The championship in Anaheim will have an Open Bracket.

He will probably play at the Championship in Anaheim, just the online event is NA only.
