On one side there are people claiming Maru is CLEARLY better player than Flash, while others claim otherwise. One side is completely disregarding Marus achievments in individual leagues, while the other is disregarding Flashs achievments in Proleague. The fact is, Maru is coming into the SPL season as a more accomplished player in HotS. On the other hand, everybody knows how hard working Flash really is. And to be honest, there is not that much difference between the two of them as far as how good they are when you are watching their games. It is hardly surprising though, it is a long known fact, that on a good day anyone from the Korean Top30 can beat anyone else and make it look easy. As far as Proleague goes, the format plays into Flashes strength, but imo same can be said about Maru. In the end it will all come down to how well the teams manage to prepare their players, as Proleague is about more then just a skill of the player... | ||

Flash has such mediocre micro it kinda hurts me everytime i see him vs banelings, maru on the other hand plays pure bio vs a maxed toss and doesn't look all that bad with it. You can't really look at the proleague stats cause a lot of strong players didn't even play in that league. well i guess we will see soon enough what the skilllevels really are! | ||

Then watch his games back then and tell me he has good splitting, cause he hasn't. Widow mines and some stutter step, thats all he pretty much did and his splitting is/was mediocre, his macro is just pretty good. | ||
