While PartinG has had weak 2013 (by his standards), he is definetly still a top protoss and he is still very, very consistent. I think the next GSL will be his 8th consecutive. He is still quite good.
No need to forget someone like him considering his body of work, which has actually been pretty good other than what happened in the GSL. He is more than capable of winning this thing. When it comes to the top five protoss of the day there's a lot of agreement. Doesn't matter where you'd place them exactly, but we know who the top protoss players are atm.

I know I'm probably being a bit OCD here but "We got a chance to talk to both the WCS 2013 and 2013 champions at Red Bull NYC." is driving me nuts. It is supposed to be the "WCS 2012 and 2013 champions" right? Not "WCS 2013 and 2013 champions" lol sorry I had to say something

Might be WCG and WCS since Parting won WCS Korea and sOs won WCS. Might also be WCS 2012 and 2013 or WCG/WCS 2012 (Parting won both) and WCS 2013 - all three would work ^^
