I never liked his gimmicky style in SC2. If he thinks he will do better in a team game, good for him.

Marineking was the person that brought me into SC2's pro scene with his epic series vs Kyrixx. I will never forget how much he revolutionized the way this game is played, nor I will I lose any of the respect I have for him as a player for this decision. I'm just disappointed that I never got to see him win the big GSL championship. I suppose some things are just never meant to be. Good luck, Lee Jung Hoon. Thanks for the memories.

The question is if this is a PR move or they think he has actual potential. First DarkPlasmaBall thread, now dis. all these salty tears.

This is my thoughts lol. Every sc2 pro that has switched has had this huge amount of arrogance about what it takes to be a LoL pro. Even though they have superior mechanical abilities in some cases, they rarely work well in teams, and rarely do they find success. Even more than that, LoL isn't about practicing 12 hours a day as much as it is about executing team strategies flawlessly and being on the same page. MKP is not the kind of guy that strikes me as a person who fits that persona. I loved his WoL play, and I hope this switch treats him well, but I can't help but cringe.

i recognised why he wouldn't play so well these days, mostly because he was very build order oriented but switching to LoL? I hope he will find some more succes but i still think he kinda abandoned the sc2 fans ...

I'm just glad he chose the correct MOBA to switch to.

Although lately I haven't been playing/watching much sc2 because I've been playing/watching LoL. Hopefully he does well, but if it's anything like every other programer that switched from sc2 to LoL it probably won't work that well. I'm just glad he chose the correct MOBA to switch to. why would LoL be the correct moba? just curious. in korea LoL is already pretty established. if anything it will be harder for him to find a place in it.
