You just said it yourself. It's much more established in Korea. Plus, let's be honest here, dota2 is never going to surpass LoL in viewers / players / prizes / sponsors / etc etc etc, so why pick dota2 over LoL?

This is true, the scene is already incredibly stacked. However, the scene is also expanding heavily, which could mean even lesser teams get a slice of the cake, which makes his chances rise again. Hard to evaluate.

Interesting. I think it'll be a hard switch, LoL rewards teamwork and game knowledge moreso than mechanics and strategy which I would say are MKP's strongest aspects. Sad news

It really seems like the Korean scene is suffering more under WCS than is being talked about / admitted. Why else would so many players retire now? I guess that's what you get when you forbid other leagues from broadcasting at the same time, Blizzard. Good job.

I'll miss MKP... he was fun to watch in his prime (pun intended). It just made it more exciting to know how much he wanted to win... He was one of the Korean that really showed emotion. I guess I wish him luck in LoL (though I don't care at all about that game).

Really sucks especially as a fan since 2010 but I think I had pretty much accepted that this was coming for quite some time, so it doesnt really hurt that bad
