Wasn't the only reason he was able to create Slayers because of how much investment money he got from sponsors like Intel? Seeing as how Slayers ended up with him leaving for SKT, his significant other wanting to sue netizens, their star player apparently called "cancer" by Boxer, and the team disbanding into a great big ball of fire by losing to Gumiho in the GSTL finals, I don't see why any big corporation would give Boxer start-up money to make a new team.

I don't see why though SKT1 got fourth in proleague which is pretty good and their players are doing well it seems silly to call him a "bad coach" I have no idea about his coaching in BW though. also a couple of interesting tweets from huk From what conversations I remember with boxer. He was initially suppose to only be the terran coach for SKT. After some time he was suppose to coach all members, which he said was really hard for him; to much. He said it was a big burden on him.

If he lived the typical life of a pro gamer, long hours living in a team house most of the time and his significant other has her own entertainment career then he probably has a significant bank salted away.

His involvement with SC2 though is "meh", as with all the other iconic figures struggling with that game.

Afaik 'retire' means you will no longer play professionally and leave the team, while 'inactive' means that you're still on the roster but not playing, possibly on hiatus leading to retirement but with a chance of coming back.

With oov you just get a very good coach. This might do wonders for SKT.

Probably serious condition, I remember he had pretty bad shoulder problems which stopped him from playing. Perhaps he'll need professional treatment now.
