I would also hypothetise that it is difficult to even use it even as a trend indicator - even people who would prefer the OGN casters will sometimes find Twitch stream useless and will look for alternatives, so as long as there is any alternative stream to switch to, any Twitch-based statistics is, more "how much did Twitch break today" than anything else. Mostly yes. For the most part, it is not an answer to the question of "How many people watch WCS KR?", but "How many foreigners watch WCS KR?", and that only works when you compare those numbers to previous WCS KR numbers, instead of looking at them as absolute numbers. That's why my disclaimer about those numbers is so large. ![]()

![]() Say Innovation starts streaming for 5 hours in a day, gets 20k viewers and then doesn't stream at all. Continues this process all months, so he'll always be there #1 on the list, but I still wouldn't consider him worthy. You should make a top 100 V*H and and provide a top 50 only for viewers just for the averages, perhaps just give the link to the html page or something. I, personally, and don't take this as something I urge you to do (O_o), think only V*H is important.

She definitely deserves her featured spot. Congrats DeMusliM. Lots of hard work, there, too!!! Maybe a "quality poster" star for our OP, TL? I think it matters for his stream, he always mentions them on stream and says they are the reason he can play and stream so much.

I'll happily change it to TT esports if that's what Artosis would prefer. For now I'm holding off because I'm a silly person, and I like The Casting Archon team. ![]()

However, the "average" numbers are usually lower than one would expect. You, like every other streamer, starts his stream with 0 viewers, and you (like every other streamer) slowly work yourself to your "actual" average. That is, that steady number of viewers you get eventually and that doesn't change all that much. Let's say that in your case that's about 400. So it feels like your average is 400. Why does the data say the actual average is 300? It's simply because of that early phase when you start streaming, and you have 0 viewers. 15 minutes later you have 30, perhaps. Then 100. Then 150, and so on. All that drags the actual average down. It might sound kind of unfair, but then again, this is true for every streamer, so everyone has exactly the same disadvantage. Ok, good to know the metrics here thanks.

Had the impressions that like 50% of the viewership of SC2 comes from Europe.. Wasn't wrong as much lol.. But yah - WCS EU kicked some serious ass.. WCS KR was streamed at bad hours (at least for me) - while at work.. Also - not surprised to see MsSpyte in the top20, fell in love with that girl the first time tuned in, and she also interacts with (as long as the chat makes sense) the viewers.. ![]()
