Forcefield. I would stand all day behind an office entrance, escalator or elevator and prevent people from getting in and laughing at them when they can't! :D Oh and when they would try to hit me, I would forcefield again... You can also forcefield cars, busses and kittens, imagine the lolz!

Medivac heal, then spend my days healing the people in third world countries or the poorest parts of India/China that are dying from afflictions caused by everyone else's garbage.
Could easily become insanely rich just healing a few sick wealthy people, then travel the world doing good and seeing tons of cool shit. Also make yourself and anyone else you chose to be functionally immortal by healing your telomeres.
