I think stuff in Norway is a lot more expensive generally, right? The minimum wage where I live is about $8.50, which is about 6.6 euros. I'd imagine the minimum wage where you are is a lot higher than that. In DK, which is somewhat similar, the minimum wage is around 17$ (with google conversion) we should start a 'how many pizzas i can buy with my monthly earnings' thread^^

Yes I think its pretty much the same price overall for the pizza. Minimum wage if you have proof of being an electric etc, is about 29dollars (27 without anything) here. And I who have 3 years university, has only 13 dollars more. So everyone is payed well regardless. (a normal appartment = 342k dollars, )
On topic though, I really really want Tier 7 and 8, so best of luck with your pizza-eating, its summer, you burn tons of more calories anyway (in my experience)

Here in germany this kind of pizza topping is called "Hawaii" :D
We even have something called "Toast Hawaii" where you put ham, pineapple and cheese on a toast. Yummy!

Including or not including delivery? Europe has higher gasoline prices, (and I guess Norway has high minimum wage) so it's understandable that the delivery price would be significantly higher.
I guess the pizza would be more because of the higher cost of living (/minimum wage). I think I remember hearing that Norway is one of the most expensive places to live in the world (just to verify, apparently Norway has 2 cities in the top 5 most expensive cities).
