also it should be noted that Greg's results were not impressing as of late. but i really liked his position to always say straight up what's on his mind.

It shows they care more about preserving image then some extra money idra might bring in through advertisements. What line did he cross? He has been doing this for years and its exactly why people love/hate him. Not every player should be all respectful and gentleman like. That makes the game boring, I like watching people play starcraft but I also like seeing personality in the players that play starcraft. If you are going to have a variety of personality then you are obviously going to get some villian types like idra. How boring would a batman movie be without a villian?

He was one of the guys who introduced me to Starcraft, and Ive been his biggest fan since, so its tough to see this happen. Kind of like watching your favorite athlete grow old and retire. Makes you realize how things change and how old your getting. I remember watching him and Jinro when they were the best, and now that seems like forever ago. I hope this is a place for him to start turning his career around, but his personality just doesnt have me holding my breath. Hopefully im wrong. Whatever you do Greg, Good Luck and Have Fun. bw followers went through this stage many times and i can tell you this is the greatest/enlightening/refreshing "retirement" story i've ever heard.

its in human nature when you are on the highway and there is an accident, you look the accident even if its horrible you dont look anywhere else. Btw yesterday rotterdam say he played fantastically at the early game, but it was just greedy macro without any danger, nothing to defend , just pure macro like vs an easy IA... and when he had to move on and kill his opponent he pissed in his pants and then he left, he deserved that like the noob hater kiddo he is.

Your decision to let IdrA and PuMa go recently have made a lot of sense and I support you with them. I know it's not just based purely on results for both of them as you still retain Machine who is possibly a contender for nice guy Sheth (possibly nicer), and I would like to see him doing more casting.

Seriously, guess that rules out the whole "rage and bm" publicity that most people on here and reddit were saying. Getting upset and angry and unmotivated to play a game that you get paid for... *sigh, hopefully if this is personal things are sorted out

IdrA has been nothing but a liablility to the team, and maybe some of his EG-Money can go to support actual players on the team like Suppy and DeMusliM. Who's results - beside the early rounds of current wsc - are even more lackluster than Idra's

50 pages in 2 hours on TL. No one generates interest in SC like Idra. His GSL and MLG games were the only things remotely interesting in SC2. Everything else is just flavor of the month. The grack had personality. There's a reason the atmosphere was electric when he was on stage.
