She is an actress and model from China. She was filmed with the famous actress Fan Bingbing when she was 16.
And She is also a big fan of Jaedong.
She went to Korea and to the SPL matches of EG-TL. You have probably seen her in the stream or VODs of SPL. After the match, she was interviewed by a Chinese media. And we have a chance to hear what Jaedong's fangirl would say.
When she was asked why she is so obsessed with Jaedong, she said:

Bisu before said he prefers to meet with multiple girls rather than have one girlfriend. Overall, it's probably both of the former reasons you mentioned. The atmosphere in KeSPA A-teams has been much more intense for much much longer. Precedent is there.

Iirc, it is very common for idols to be single, or at least declare to be so. It seems to be part of their marketing image. I wonder if something similar is at play for relatively famous korean progamers.

I would suspect that this is more like a celebrity's situation in East Asia. Even if they have a GF/BF, most of them hide it and say to the public that they don't have any. It's a way to keep they as "idol".

I would imagine it *is* because of their insane practice schedule, which only gets more insane at the top level (or at least it did in BW, I have no idea how much Jaedong and Bisu practice SC2)
Yeah Idols in asia hide their bf/gf in order to keep their "pure" image and desirability factor by letting their fanboys and fangirls dream about having a shot with them by maintaining their single status.

Honestly I think the private life of famous people should be kept private ... unless they do something really awful like beating their children or something similarly bad. Spoiling someone elses happiness by "interfering" or "publicising it" is kinda inappropriate IMO.

Ok I'll show off some chinese-ness here and attempt to decipher what this means.
The chinese culture always regard soup as a part of dinner where the whole family is usually required to have before the food. In the context of family this usually means the 'soupmaker' is in charge of taking care of the 'soupdrinker'. A parent will usually put in a lot of time to make a pot of soup and make the kids drink it, for example. So its more of a symbol for wanting to take good care of someone.
So yeah, thats potentially good wife material there.

This won't evolve into anything. It's just one of those times when one celebrity supports the other. Before the finals of an OSL some celebrity (female) sent JD a video supporting him and after winning it JD also said that he was interested in that person. She is chinese so that's strange, but nevertheless I doubt she would just like that openly confess anything.

It isn't that different. Even in US culture we have the saying "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach".
I have a hard time believing anyone who's surfing TL would look at hot soup and shoulder massage from a model after a day of playing video games as anything other than a pretty good time (except those of us who are married, castrated, married and castrated, allergic to soup, allergic to warm things, have phobias of women, have phobias of soup or have phobias of being married and castrated by a woman with soup).
