I'm sure there are reasons, technical or otherwise, they wouldn't just go "LOL WE CLOSE BETA NAO xDD" for no reason but to annoy pros and casuals alike. Yes, Flash said two days ago he hadn't played a single game and would prefer not to attend at all if it was up to him. You just have to see it as a fun exhibition tournament and not a serious competitition, that's how I got over the IEM switch to HotS, it's the same with some players only having a week or two of HotS practice because they committed to WoL vs others who weren't ambitious in WoL anymore and got a huge headstart. It'll be incredibly lopsided in terms of preparation but most if not all Koreans should still be able to overcome that deficit through sheer skill. At least once you get to top 8, the matches should be quite good no matter who plays in them. | ||

I mean, this is something Blizzard does every time before release...this should have easily been foreseen by MLG, but at the same time, because of this, there will be some really great matches. Everyone will be trying to figure out what works well and how to counter this or that. It is going to be brilliant! I feel bad for idra though =( hope he does well! Oh wait, its HoTS, anyone can take it. I expect big things from Mvp though, he's been able to just focus on hots while he heals his wrists. Mvp is always a great player and many think Terran is the strongest race in Hots right now. Go Mvp!! | ||
