You advanced to the third round of Code A. How do you feel?
I feel glad (laughs). I am going to work hard so that I can win the third round as well. I wasn't satisfied with my performance today but I cared about my mentality state so I cut off browsing through community sites a long time ago. so I'm not really concerned about what people will say about me (laughs). My parents also don't visit community sites so even though my performance wasn't satisfactory, I am still happy that I won.
You showed a good start after you grabbed game one.
It was impossible for me to lose that game since I had such a build order advantage. But today's match was way too difficult.
Why do you say it was difficult?
I have a hand tremor normally. My hands were shaking so much so it was difficult.
You were in a really advantageous situation for game two but you allowed the score to get tied up at 1-1.
I had prepared an excellent build for game two so it looked like I was going to win that game also. But things did not go the way I expected them to so I ended up losing. I will prepare even better for next time.
Compared to game two, it seemed like game three was an easy victory for you.
I wasn't satisfied about my performance for game three either. I had two overseers but I still failed to scout my opponent's spire. I was really surprised the minute I saw his mutalisks. I made a lot of mistakes but I was just in far too good of situation that I was able to win.
Your round three opponent will be BBoongBBoong.
I know that he is a good player. I will experiment with a lot of build orders and prepare hard so that I can win against him.
Anything else you would like to say?
My next opponent is going to be BBoongBBoong. He should probably be careful going against me since I know what his ladder ID is. I want to thank coach Kim for giving me a lot of encouragement today at the studio and for even buying me a drink. I want to thank coach Han and coach Cha for always working so hard for us and I want to apologize for my performance in Proleague. I want to thank Terminator's fans for buying us pizza yesterday. I forgot to thank Hack, JyJ, FanTaSy, and MajOr during my last interview for helping me with practice. MajOr got pissy with me since I forgot to thank him. So I want to take this moment to thank him now (laughs). I want to thank Size for helping me with Proleague yesterday. I was able to win today because Savage and ALBM helped me with practice so much yesterday. Lastly, I want to thank the fans for coming all the way out to the GOMtv studio.

For the first time ever, you advanced to the third round of Code A.
I was expecting a difficult match to occur but the victory was easier than I expected so it was kind of a let down. But the fact that I advanced makes me glad.
How did you prepare for your match against Killer?
It wasn't easy to prepare for today's match since we had Proleague yesterday. It wasn't until dinner time that I finally was able to start preparing for today's match. I practiced with PartinG yesterday and I was riding such a good momentum that I was confident for today's match.
Since it's difficult to prepare for a map like Icarus, how did you prepare?
After I saw who I was going up against, I did a lot of image training. There really wasn't anything specific that I prepared but rather I just did a lot of thinking.
You showed an aggressive attack with a roach/hydra composition for game two.
I think I did that because our build orders got interlinked. If his void ray had seen my roaches then I could have been in a bad situation but luckily he wasn't able to find out what I was doing so the game progressed in my favor.
Your next opponent will be LosirA. Looks like this match won't be easy.
Lately, LosirA's results on ladder have been excellent. When I was watching the Ro16 of Code S I was expecting LosirA to make it through. I am a little afraid since he's such a strong player but since we have about an even win ratio on ladder I think I am perfectly capable of beating him as long as I can prepare well.
Your first ever GSL debut and yet you breezed past the qualifiers and are now at the third round of Code A.
My first and foremost goal is to get to Code S. Getting Code S for WoL is my first goal.
Anything else you would like to say?
I will prepare extensively so that I can beat my next opponent. I want to thank PartinG for helping me with practice. I wish PartinG would stop doing so many quirky things.

You advanced to the third round of Code A for the first time. How do you feel?
I thought that my performance was pretty good after game one ended so I figured I would advance with a 2-0 score. But I allowed my opponent to tie up the score cause I made too many mistakes for game two.
Your opponent was SK Telecom's FanTaSy. How did you prepare for today's match?
I figured that my opponent would play it safe. So I started off with an economic strategy and then later on prepared a very aggressive attack. I played an economic game for games one and two so I decided to play the mental game for game three.
Game one was pretty long. You were in an advantageous situation but you also allowed him to buy time because of medivac harassment.
I think I played too safely. I could have just ended it but I allowed my greater spire to die thanks to his medivac drops so my victory got severely delayed. I knew that I could potentially end up losing the game if I needlessly went in to attack without a broodlord army so I just stayed back and played it safe.
You allowed him to tie up the score because of medivac plays.
I was in a good position once I blocked his banshee attacks. I thought I would be able to deal a lot of damage with my lings/blings but thing didn't turn out the way I wanted them to so I ended up taking too much damage.
You grabbed game three with a fierce roach attack.
I already had planned on playing aggressive for game three. I had a good win ratio during practice so I was confident. I drew a picture in my head where I could win all my games today so I decided that I could still win even though I lost a game. It really was disappointing though that my errors for game two will remain forever (laughs).
Your next opponent will be Squirtle. How do you plan to prepare?
We were once on the same team but I haven't been able to face off against him since he left but I finally got a chance to play against him. I'm confident in my ZvP so I want to take this opportunity to show everyone everything that I have been working on. I want to show everything that I am capable of since this is the last WoL season.
Samsung KHAN's winning streak was snapped several days ago.
Practices were going really well, my skills were increasing, and I even got through GSL qualifiers so I was expecting to do just as well for Proleague. But I think my preparations were incomplete because of the new year break. My performance in Proleague wasn't good and our team's winning streak got snapped. There are a lot of things I need to repent on.
Anything else you would like to say?
I am relieved cause I was able to win my individual league match today. I am sorry to my supervisor and coach Ju because I went on a two game losing streak even though they believed in me and sent me out. I am going to do my best to ensure that I win the rest of my games. My youngest sister graduated from middle school several days ago but I wasn't able to attend because I had to play. I want to take this opportunity to congratulate her.

You advanced to the third round of Code A. How do you feel?
I know that KeeN is a really good player so I am so happy that I was able to win like this. My hands didn't quite move the way I wanted them to since I hadn't played a PvT in a while but I am relieved that I won (laughs).
How did you prepare for today's match?
I had to keep on preparing for Proleague all the way up till yesterday. I could only practice about three PvT games for today's match. I wasn't feeling confident so I told myself that I should try to win the build order battles. During today's match, I won the build order battles but I made too many mistakes.
You took on a lot of hellion damage for game one.
I saw two hellions at his natural so I was expecting an oncoming attack. But I don't know if the rush distance was too short or what but the attack came much sooner than expected. I did take some damage because of his hellions but KeeN didn't even build additional banshees or do anything else and chose to expand so I was able to win because of that.
Your storm plays for game two were impressive.
I just wanted to be aggressive but I missed his scv so I kind of had a setback. I was in such a bad situation that I decided that my only answer was to grab high templars and it ended up working out really well.
Do you think GSL adding Planet S as one of their maps helps out Proleague players?
It helps out a lot. I had a game on Whirlwind today so it was really helpful. I had a lot of difficulties preparing for Whirlwind in the past but nowadays things are fine. If they would just exclude non Proleague maps like Bel'Shir Vestige and Icarus then everything else is doable.
Today, three Zergs advanced ahead of you. How do you feel about that?
Zergs are really powerful these days but WoL is almost over so I really don't know what to say (laughs). I think because everyone's skills were extraordinary is why Zergs rose up.
You will face Flash in the third round.
Flash is an excellent player but I think recently, he's been on a decline. Since I'm on a winning streak, I plan to ride my momentum straight to victory (laughs). I think our match is going to be fun. I think a lot of community members are excited for our match.
You have one more match before you can advance to Code S.
I think I'm going to be able to make it through since this is the last WoL GSL. But if GSL schedule conflicts with Proleague then I really don't know (laughs). But as long as I have plenty of time to practice then it shouldn't be a problem.
soO stated that PartinG keeps on doing quirky things.
PartinG keeps touching us and groping us (laughs). I'm suspicious of PartinG's nature and identity. The two of us are the only ones going to MLG and I got to say that I'm a little worried.
Are you worried about MLG functioning as HotS?
It's Proleague season right now so I am focusing on WoL. I played about ten to twenty games because of the MLG qualifiers but aside from that, everything else has been all WoL. Honestly, for this MLG, I just plan on playing with a comfortable mindset. Honestly, I'm not going to have big expectations since I don't really have time to practice (laughs).
Anything else you would like to say?
I want to thank hudadak for practicing with me even though our Proleague match was over and we were allowed to take a break. I want to thank coach Hyuk for coming with me to the studio even though it was his day off. I hope FanTaSy hyung doesn't dwell too much on his loss today and remain strong.
