To those saying that the advert didn't sell their product, what are we doing at this precise moment? We are talking about the commercial. We are discussing it and talking about it, showing it to other people. The point of an advert is not to necessarily show the product, but to create something which will go viral, something that gets people talking about your product.
Example A: Bad advertising that shows nothing but the product
Example B: Awesome Advertising that doesn't include the product at all, however generated lots of hits and lots of chatter at the time it was aired.
The cadbury's was is way more effective. There are different ways to reach the same end game of people buying your product.

you know nothing of advertising lol... It really depends on the product and the target audience what kind of strategy is more effective. Trendy products like cars, clothing etc. tend to have more fun commercials and try to go viral etc. while products which are typically just bought for effectiveness have boring, straight to the point commercials. Washing powders are pretty much always in boring commercials but those are believed to be most effective for selling that kind of product which are mostly bought by females that don't care about it being trendy

How stupid can you be to be influenced by a commercial?
Whole purpose of this commercial is to push the product down your throat no matter if it's any good or anything and you people cheer and want more? Really? Guys in suits that constructed this thing don't give two shits about gamers or games or you. And you guys suck up this BS message.
'Awesome commerial'. Give me a fucking break...
First of all, you are so wrong about "These guys in suits", The producer/maker of this video is Alt Tab Production, wich have been founded and managed By Pomf&Thud a very sucessful french cast with the financial support of Asus. Alt Tab prod = Iron Squid organiser. Asus sponsored player ( Moman), casters ( Pomf & Thud) and the whole company who make both of them active (Alt Tab prod) and produce one of the greatest Tournament of the year. Asus paid them to grew esport and after 2 YEARS of helping them grew theyre buisness, they ask for One awsomely make add and you cry ???
So yeah clearly "guys in suits" who doesn't care. ( by the way Pomf & Thud are visible on the ""barcraft" scene ( the two brothers with canadian and black shirt) what a awesome marketting guys suits)
You're just someone who cry against the great capital, not even thinking of the fact that without the "evil corporate who want to push something down your throat" eSport never look like it's look today.

but you have to fight the power! muh freedums! wake up, sheeple!
I think you voiced your argument way better than I ever could
Fact is i was able to go to almost all of their offline Event and chat with them and honnestly these guys kick so much ass... They're cool and friendly and clearly do it for the sake of it and enjoy working and living on eSport as much as we enjoy their show and tournament. clearly not "evil corporate" spirit.

While I was similarly disgusted, there is a small-ish contingency in the states that will put "ketchup" on almost anything. At least he splurged for spaghetti instead of ramen.
Also, I found the video much less accurate than a previous poster.
