Player values correlate with their skill (or are supposed to). So an anti-team value that exceeds the required minimum of 13 is not advisable.

Does it effectively hurt me if it's higher than 13? Or is it the same if these people do badly and their numbers just indicate previous form?

Even if a 6 points player do poorly he has a chance to get sent, especially if his team does also poorly, and might win once or twice hurting you in the process. So there are two main strats : one high value pick and two low value picks who won't play at all, or three mid cost picks.

I think Taeja is the perfect player for an all kill Format. Even if they focus on him (which won´t be to easy because of hero) he should be very difficult to snipe, because he has a solid style. In Revival i have really big hopes, because he is also a player that likes to play in all kill. Just Flash might be hard to beat in Weak 1. Puma should start to stabilize and get better with every week in Proleague. Ryul2 showed against Jaedong that he can be a decend Sniper versus any Zerg. Hydra and Trap should be solid players., even if I might chance Trap for Speed.
KT should be a nice pick with so many players looking very stabile, which allows them to train much snipers. I might go for EG-TL here, but i don´t want to get to comitted for one team.
For my anti Team JYP hopefully gets sniped by Terrans often. Hyvaa did this far very bad and as a coach I wouldn´t send him out for a few games. Then there is Stork... I don´t really now about him, so he might get traded for Stephano.

Somehow my main team ended up with all Terrans as my core, with a 1-point P and a 1-point Z to scrape extra points from SKT/KT. Since it's all-kill, I decided to go top-heavy with Fantasy (who I think will do the dirty work on SKT before Rain cleans up) and Flash (who will probably just win a ton). Last I picked just so I could use my team name, JyJ because his play was actually pretty good so I think he could get sent out as the #2 Terran for SKT.
For anti team, none of these players impressed me last round, and I wanted to keep relatively low-valued players so I can trade them if necessary. Plus I expect Samsung and STX to do poorly (again) since neither Roro nor Bogus seem consistent enough to carry.

I thought I'd take a weird strategy and get a really balanced amount of players. Miso is for KT points, might switch him. This is pretty experimental and risky, however I didn't want to get like 2 really good players then a bunch of question marks. I'd be more comfortable doing that in the next all-kill round when we have much more info on the players.

Dear did great for me in round 1 already, and is relative cheap.
Fantasy was one of the most impressive players in round 1 imo, and will certainly pick up some good wins.
Hitman,S2 and Songduri are all pretty cheap zergs ,and pretty good as well.
And since i have 4 points left, i chose SKT, since they are always solid and might win the round.
Anti team:
all 3 didn't impress me much, don't even remember if Stork played during round 1. They might kill one, but i can't see either of them getting more then that.

Bisu - I still have faith, plus he is looking alot better lately. With those mechanics how can he lose? ~.~
Jangbi + Stork - The Khan Tosses are both really good and did fairly well last season. Not sure if they are best choice in all-kill format though. Hopefully things just work themselves out.
Last - My last pick. Needed a Terran plus he's fairly cheap.
Trap - Stx seems to have alot of faith in him as they keep sending him out (even as ace). If he is doing good in practice he is bound to show some good results. Plus he is alot cheaper this season.
ZerO - Needed a Zerg and him and Revival were the only ones i liked that were in my budget.

Somehow I came away with just one zerg on my main, but apart from hydra and ryul2 I didn't have space. Somehow grabbed both Flash and herO, Revival has been mentioned by everyone already. I'm a bit worried Flying was just a flash in the pan, but 2 points isn't a huge gamble compared to what else is available. Bbyong also undervalued in my mind. Needed a one-pointer so I grabbed miso, who is on KT and might snipe. CJ has some good players so I think they'll do well in the allkill format.
Not sold on my antiteam.
