He got his lineup point, but he lost his game so he also lost a point, so it became 0. If he had lost but EG-TL had won it would be +1 lineup -1 loss +1 team won, but eg-tl lost.

He was in his lineup, but that was cancelled by his loss. His team also won the match which is where the -1 comes from.
Oh I didn't realize players teams winning/losing also affected points.

Yes, +1 point for main and anti if the team of one of your players wins, counts for all of them, so if I for example have 3 SKT players on my main team and SKT wins I get 3 points from it, even if not all of them play.
I got every pick right except hero anti for the first week, too bad I picked main / anti with the same player pairings so I lost a potential 6 points there too.
