Anti-team is point-limited, you can't really get B-teamers who ride the bench because they need to be worth a minimum amount of points total (originally 13). B-teamers were all worth 1 point or so. A solid player like Mind was only worth 2 points.
B-team is realistically more about minimizing damage. So you're still picking players you predict to lose or do poorly over a long period of time.

if i'm not mistaken it's because your anti-team must have a minimum point value of 13 points. having to split that between 3 people is going to make it tough to not stack your anti with at least ONE moderately successful player at any given time.

well outside of flash we didnt really know much about hte other KT players where as basically every player on EG TL has proven themselves in the past, but by luck i mean Stephano TaeJa nad Hero not being there
