i'm not against it, team league is my favorite format and it's great seeing both liquid and eg in PL, i just find the concept strange. In theory, top teams could also gang up and field monster rosters which i suspect would get prohibited if they tried | ||

Hero/Taeja/Thorzain/Stephano/Idra etc. Sure kt has someone like flash, but no kespa team really seem to have a great DEEP lineup | ||

The point is when was the last time you saw some of these players? They don't play in playhem tournaments, they haven't come to international tournaments or nine tournaments yet. All we know is that some of them are already world class (Rain), some of them that we expected to play really well are playing really well (FlasH), and that all of the teams are becoming collectively good enough to stop laddering and transition into private practice games. Doesn't mean that there are really good players that can compete with e likes of taeja, but it means that there probably are. We just haven't seen them yet. Having said that, I still think EGLiquid is a favorite. Taeja/Hero should be able to carry. EG's superstars Puma/JYP haven't done much recently, but hopefully it's just a lack of participation. I'm sure they will learn a lot from Taeja and Hero. And then there is Stephano who took out 4 GSL champions in the World Championship shindig. And then there is Idra, Thorazain, Zenio, who could prove to be solid players and have dominated the game at some point in its life. And the potential of Sea, EG X1 (Byul), and Eg X2 (unknown) who could also really give anyone a run for their money. I don't think there is a pro league team that can compete with that in all honesty... | ||
