5 hours is an understatement. I wish that it was only 5 hours lol... I competed in MLG raleigh and day one took almost 6 hours. and then day 2 took almost 9 till I was done( i didnt even make it through all of saturday before being elimed)... And its not easy getting food and staying focused from match to the next, especially when all my matches ran long and didnt get much of any break in the end. I say this because people underestimate the amount of strain an event like this and what players go through to make that attempt to fight it out of that open bracket. Im hoping rain prepared for something grueling like that, as I really want him to go deep in this. Same with all the other tosses like SSON and MC. Been watching SSON's stream alot and im just not sure how well he will do in an event like this, he has the potential to go far.
