I actually enjoyed Moletrap casting. Enthusiastic and knowledgable about the players, more so than many others. He just needed someone with a lot of game knowledge to co-cast with.
This could wind up being good for everyone. Moletrap as a caster had viewers that had a very polarized view of him, without many in the middle. What is undeniable is that he was very sharp on players tendencies, personal viewpoints and history with other players. This seems like it could translate well into (as he mentioned in the video) behind the scenes production with player stats and breakdowns.

Wow, Cholera made new videos? Nice...Cholera is the best caster. Him and diggity are the best combo.

At least you ended on a high note... You casted the OSL finals, could you have ever imagined that a few years ago when you were casting streams of the OSL on youtube?

Anyone who throws as much of themselves into esports as any of the english casters in korea should be respected. I'm sure that we'll be seeing him around more shortly. GooDluck Moletrap, wherever you decide to go (and hopefully we'll see you back around here in southern california)

I wonder what are these people thinking before going to a country where they can't speak/understand the language nor have any perspective beside commentating a video game for an unknown period of time.
Moletrap was at his peak when he was commentating BW VOD's on YT, no need to go further than that.

But it wasn't BW OSL final that he casted.

At least I'm happy, now I can watch OSL. His voice wasn't meant for casting, and I guess he never learnt not to be over-eager.

Good icon, never been a fan of his casting, in BW or sc2 or LoL, never felt he had necessary game knowledge but he was good at making excitement for the game.
Hope he stays well

This is like one of the best news on TL.
sorry for the abruptness, but it's not to spite Moletrap in any way despite.

Good luck in your future endeavours! Voice; lack of game knowledge; over-reactions; talking oer casters; etc On the other hand he made watching VODs enjoyable, especially in Brood War. He will always be the caster who made me interested in watching BW pro scene and eventually directed me to team liquid.
Best of luck, man!

He actually did cast the last BW OSL finals (Jangbi vs Fantasy 2) with Torch and Supernovamaniac.

But who else could do it for Hyuk?

i like him as person who talks general and make interviews and content, i love him for his lol casting, but as far as sc2, i think its a good thing to have a new caster with doa. moletrap for me is nowadays a lol caster and thats where he is good in ! overall i think we will miss his content and i am looking for who is casting with doa now. i think this is bad for OSL foreign overall he seemed to be a guy who was "go more foreign" for osl and importent for their lol casting
