You've finally joined Code S yourself. How do you feel?
I feel good. Winning without dropping a single game makes me feel even better.
This is your first time advancing this far in two years, since the Open Seasons.
I completely forgot about rising that far two years ago. I think I'll start playing with a fresh mindset again.
Your matches ended in a clean fashion. Are you satisfied?
I'm not. My PvT is a bit shaky. When I played against Sparta, I felt like I was being twisted up. I didn't have to fall behind on my macro and suffer so much from harassment, but I felt like I was being swung around. I feel some regret over that.
About when did you anticipate that you would enter Code S?
It was after I beat Sparta. I won even after making some mistakes, so I felt like I could do whatever I wanted and still win.
Do you have a secret reason why you managed to get this far?
I don't think that my skill has increased. I feel like Killer-hyung helped me out a lot once he came to MVP. Even though I'm a very nervous player, he gave me confidence, and he also helped me with practicing and living a team-house lifestyle. If it wasn't for Killer-hyung, I would not have been able to reach Code S.
MVP and StarTale each have 5 players in Code S. How do you think things will go if you face a team kill?
Team kill or not, it's all the same. No matter who I face, I will prepare the same amount.
Is there anyone special whom you would like to face in Code S?
I want to play against Hack because he knocked me out in the second round of Code A. All of the players in MVP set goals for themselves, and defeating Hack is what I had chosen for my goal. I wasn't able to accomplish my objective at that time, so I want to get revenge.
What results are you expecting to achieve in your first season of Code S?
I want to reach the Round of 8 at a minimum. I want to score next season's Code S seed by making it to the quarterfinals.
If you have any last words, please tell us.
I'm grateful to my team's sponsors, Lotte Chilsung and Razer, as well as our partner, MYM. I'm thankful to everyone on my team, especially Killer-hyung and TAiLS-hyung. TAiLS sent me a build that he used in his match against Heart. sC has transferred to League of Legends, so I wish him the best. I hope to show better performance in the future.

You've managed to enter Code S for three seasons in a row.
My last match today was very hard. I was worried that I would lose right there and fall out, but because I was able to win with my one-shot rush, I feel very glad.
During your first match, you got off to an shaky start after losing to finale.
I did expect a Warp Gate all-in. Even though I made mistakes and wasn't able to to block his attack, I didn't feel all that worried. I just happened to pull my workers too late.
During the four games you played together, which one would you call the most difficult?
My hardest match was definitely the one against MC. I did manage to break into his natural, but MC adapted really well afterwards. I received a huge amount of damage from MC's frontal Immortal/Sentry attack.
If your attack had failed, would you have had no way to recover?
That is the case. It was a thoroughly all-in attack. Because I was hit so hard and lost so many workers, I wasn't in a situation where I could transition into the late game.
A lot of fans have been talking about your match against Rain.
I didn't think that the fans would have such a strong response. Even while I was playing that match, I felt a gut feeling that I would somehow manage to win. I feel good knowing that I am a player who was able to beat Rain.
By any chance, would you like to face Rain again this season?
If we're paired in the same group, we're going to have to face each other. I'm not especially worried about him, but that doesn't exactly mean that I'm eager to face him again (laughs).
Because your facial expressions change so little, you have been nicknamed the Android. Are you aware of this?
I know it very well (laughs). Since I'm already stuck with the name, I'm trying to take it in stride. To be honest, I don't feel particularly good or bad about it.
About how far are you planning to advance this season?
I still haven't decided yet. I'm going to think about it as I practice. I'll decide before I appear in the booth.
Please tell us anything else you have to say.
I'm very thankful to my teammates, who helped me greatly with practice today. I also want to thank my manager and sister-in-law for coming with me today. I feel that I was able to win because they bought me some delicious food to eat in between. Also, we're facing StarTale in the GSTL, so I hope that we advance cleanly into the Round of 4. Finally, I want to send my thanks to my team's sponsors, LG Electronics, SteelSeries, Coca-Cola, and Googims Company.
