God this drama is such a headache. First, the villain was jessica, then when she gave evidence, it became crank and mma, then jessica again, now manager j.

There's no real contradiction here. Manager J had a deal with Chris Mitchell. He told him that Jessica turned down the sponsor.
The point in contention is whether Jessica know about the deal all along, or whether Manager J kept it hidden from her and made up a story to Chris Mitchell.

Until now, people opinions indulged hate upon Jessica's mismanagement or the players. I feel like both parties' are at fault for the downfall of Slayers, but most importantly the mysterious Manager J played a huge factor on the downfall.
