That's what really got to me. In the real world a manager or owner has the final responsibility of the organization, if something goes wrong that person has to take responsibility for any problems that happens, it's actually a part of your job as a owner/manager. Any activity that occurs in the organization or any person that directly or indirectly operates in conjunction or within the organization exists because you made the decision to allow it to happen. Therefore any incompetence or lack of judgement from you or the ones that you hired is actually your fault. This is standard practice in a modern professional business. | ||

Riiiiight I am possibly one of the biggest fans of korean, japanese tv industry. I research on translated news more then you know, just because you are korean doesn't mean your opinion is absolute.
