In the interview he admitted to not liking to take cabs to and from the airport and paying for it himself. Jessica is the only one who said anything about people other than Cella picking him up

I don't have an opinion on the Slayers vs eSF issue, but reading Jessica's statement that was only one of the reasons for disbanding the team. All other issues are clearly internal affairs and I'm puzzled why Jessica takes almost no accountability for any of the problems with Crank, MMA and manager J. In all cases she's trying really hard to find the explanation outside of her managerial decisions, while the reason for most of that happening imho is just one. Being passionate about what you do doesn't mean you are doing a good job. Jessica allowed J to get the influence he had, by trusting him a very information sensitive task (negotiating with sponsors) after what? A couple months running the teams twitter account? That sounds really strange to me. Even after the situation snowballing out of her control she doesn't seem to take responsibility for what happened inside her own team with the players she is supposed to manage and control.
Maybe she is in the right in her case vs eSF, I don't know, but for someone having the responsibility to manage the team and her players, I expected her to at least take some accountability for what happened inside the team house.

I'm sure anyone who's ever been to Seoul can confirm that any complaints about a ride from Incheon to Seoul is, frankly, bullshit. There are friggin escalator-style moving walkways all over the Incheon airport and a subway line that takes you straight to Seoul for something like 2$ (which isn't a lot of money in Korean currency, either). The whole thing is super simple and comfortable - all of Korean public transport is, really.
The fact that he'd even mention something like "omg i wasnt picked up at the airport" just shows he's a whiny baby, and considering he's 25 years old... I don't even know what else to say. Can't be surprised about him complaining that Jessica is 'too harsh' to players who lose in GSTL if he can't take a friggin' subway by himself...

Its easy to poach and influence players when they hate there boss(Jessica). All he did was use that, Jessica was the one who drove them away from her in the first place, I dont see any other way a 2 month old manager can convince players of management embezzlement
