Puzzle is probably suffering from a collapsed lung caused by Pneumothorax, which is what Sc has or had. It requires surgery.

Not in all cases, depends on the severity and scale of it. A pneumothorax under 15% often doesn't require any actual treatment, merely observation.

Pneumothorax is by definition 'a collapsed lung'. It's not something causing lungs to collapse. ;p OT: You don't just get a Pneumothorax.. Most likely he would've had to break a rib and have it pierce his pleura? But that's, pretty unlikely, unless he was doing something where this would've been plausible. My point being that you don't just get a Pneumothorax from walking down the street ;> SO, elaborate if you can please! Oh and get well Puz<3

Oh and get well Puz<3 You can actually get a pneumothorax without any trauma, most notably with emphysema. There are people who get spontaneous pneumothorax, most of them are young male thin and very tall (reminds you of someone?). http://cirugiadetorax.org/2012/02/08/blebs-bullae-and-spontaneous-pneumothorax/

And no, spontaneous pneumothorax are not particularly frequent, but that's what Sc was suffering from, if Cella says that Puzzle is suffering from the same thing, i tend to believe him.
