TLPD is such a wasted statistic that people shouldnt even look at unless the player is a true pro(playing in leagues like GSL or stuff that is constantly recorded), As majority of your games dont even get recorded there. for example im like 1-14 but ive had a positive win ratio at every mlg and yet only my losses from pros show up, never my wins.
Koma is a really strong terran though.

sick 6% winrate son! LOL :D
Honestly though I would like to say TLPD isn't all a wasted statistic, they generally stay pretty consistent with what gets entered in there, MLG's only start from winners round 2/losers round 3 generally, otherwise there would be hundreds of gold/plat players in tlpd with 2 or 4 losses every single mlg.
but I agree you can't really use it to judge a player alone, it should only be a tool to help judge imo.

At the end of the day, he's only 15. We really can't start putting down and judging players based on statistics at such a young age. It's not like he's gone full time pro and in his 20s.
