who cares, gom said they would adjust the schedule if it conflicted and kespa said no when the players completely disagreed with kespa and so did the teams, we rather run this big project which is going to shut gom out, so esF note this and pull out of osl which is a good decision.
Blizzard will probably correct this anyway as big daddy always does.

it's a 100% certainty it can't really be anything else, which completely goes against the agreement they struck up with blizzard and gom, where gom would replace the position msl filled and they could openly enter each others leagues.

So, maybe this is a long shot, but what would the situation be for a KeSPA player strike? I know professional sports leagues have this happen from time to time, but I only know about US-based leagues. Does anyone know if this is a thing that is done/possible with South Korean labor laws?
I don't know, just seems like if the players really want to play, they could force KeSPA to allow it.

The end result if this is allowed to happen? Well, GOM all but dies. It will become identical to brood war. GOM will be the in the dark shadows of OGN once again. There is nothing the foreign community can do to make GOM gain as much money as KESPA. They have TV money, and they only require 1 demographic to get it. Only KOREAN fans or KESPA players can boycott them, and well… I don’t see that happening.
Alternatively, Blizzard could take the crazy action and ban KESPA from its games. Oh I would spend a week laughing if that happened.

KeSPA's reason is so awfully flawed. Only 11 players are playing OSL/WCS Asia/WCG (Rain is playing both OSL and WCS, BaBy is in both OSL and WCG).
The rest of the players play at most 2 games a week of Proleague. And of course how many players actually end up going to MLG?
They make it sound like every single player is going to play 8 days a week.
Let the rest of them play KeSPA.
