Honestly I think he'll have to go to a small foreign team who will risk having him on the team in exchange for getting some publicity from it. I highly doubt any major team will take him at this point.

No, because I'm sure they've all heard the stories or have first hand expirience with how awful he is to deal with and how much negative attention he also brings. It's similar to how if savior started playing SC2 you could say "no major team will pick up a BW champion?"

Just being a champion in BW doesn't make them a SC2 champion. I'm saying Naniwa is a proven player who has shown his ability to stay with the best in the scene. He has a pretty large fanbase also. Given that he left on good terms with Quantic too, helps him a lot.

And yet, because of his very turbulent start, "everyone" remembers Naniwa as the guy who always changes teams. Oh, and do people really think Idra has any clue as to whether Naniwa will or won't get another team? He's certainly one to speak when it comes to being bad for PR, while still being half the player.

But notice how most of those were in 2010, where we had half a year of SC2, and Naniwa was much more immature and much less of a player. I'm not claiming he definitely doesn't have some attitude issues, because.. well, it's Naniwa. But let's not go overboard here. He's been in the same number of teams since 2011 as players like TT1, drewbie, Nerchio, and less than Naama - not to mention probably a whole lot of Koreans. He's been on almost all the top foreign teams except Liquid (zero chance Nazgul goes for a player with so little professionalism and manners) and Mouz. Why would you arbitrarily ignore some years? The only difference between Naniwa of no and and of is that's he's not terrible now.

Whatever, you're from USA. I'm not defending Naniwa, just saying, it's silly to act like Idra hasn't done basically the same things in the past. He only recently became an all around good guy, but before Naniwa came along, Idra was the top dog of douchebags in the starcraft community. Also, the only reason he stopped being an asshole is because he no longer has the results to back up his BM, if he did get results, he would definitely be talking the same shit.
