cause Naniwa *might* be worth the hassle, whereas Major not so much I guess.

after the proberush thing and leaving teams a lot more than major? after BMing a lot of koreans?

no. no korean sponsor would want him to be in the team he sponsors

we'll see, never say never. a foreign guy that's actually good can be attractive to some korean teams, makes them stand out and stuff.

I hope you're not suggesting Major isnt actually good. Major is as solid and legit as they come.

He's never won or placed top 3 in anything noteworthy though.

i dont know if i'd go as far as to say top 8 in the world, but also i dont think i 'd go as far as to name a list of players that are better than him . Because to me that seems like even more bullshit you have made up just randomly on the fly.

For you to just be like, x player is better with no facts to back up your statements you clearly come of as a naniwa hater and you know what they say about haters, Haters going to hate no matter what.

If you want to go by facts, Naniwa has faced Genius 4 separate times . Once in the GSTL , naniwa won. 2 times in the gsl, naniwa won. And once in the Nasl = genius won. So with 4 meetings naniwa wins 3 of them and you can write with confidence that genius is better than him? be fucking real here. He has also beaten puzzle.. I dunno man, I wont say that naniwa is better than those players, but i also wont say that those players are better than naniwa. Take a chill pill.

Player A beating player B doesn't always mean that Player A is better than player B. SortOf beat naniwa twice recently, is he better than naniwa ? NO. Also, naniwa faced genius 3 times in the gsl and lost once out of these 3 encounters.

Thank you for saying exactly my point, Yet you post with confidence that those 8 players are better. What a damn joke.

And you forget to mention naniwa after loosing to genius once in the gsl, comes back in wins the 2nd set to advance threw the groups. While genius gets knocked out twice .

Naniwa has proven himself in the gsl with his PvP and PvT. Just shut up hater. Alot of those protoss loose to foriegn zergs as well. It does not mean jack shit. Genius lost to rets zerg in dreamhack. Stephano just topples the majority of korean protoss no prob. A lot of these European zergs are beasts in the matchup and will take down koreans as well. So saying naniwa lost to some foreign scrub zerg does not prove anything on whether those 8 protoss you named are actually better. Some are better against certain races, but to conclusively say they are better? lawl.

I guess fnatic, mtw or SK. Either that or quantic simply fired him and he wont join any team any time soon.
SK could be possible, he seemed to be on good terms with mc over the past few weeks. Maybe an indicator?
mtw is an option as well, they recently got supernova and might want to build up a roster capable of competing in team tournaments again?
Fnatic seems obvious.Money+koreans,why not

No way a Korean team takes him, unless EG fronts Slayers like $100,000? The probe rush ruined any chance of that. Korean teams take that kind of stuff much more seriously than foreign teams, and they have better local talent to put their money into rather than disgracing their team with a progamer who does not compose himself like a professional. So if all Korean teams are out, the only team left that has the money to make Naniwa switch teams like this is EG. And EG obviously has no problem at all with aquiring someone who is seen as a bit of a "misfit." It doesn't matter if Idra doesn't like it, Idra isn't the one paying the bills at the EG house or signing the paychecks for the players.

People need to stop using Alicia and Seed to support this particular argument. A month and half ago, it wouldn't have even crossed your mind to say they are better but since they've had a little run of success, all of sudden they are put into "best players in the world' status??

So winning Code S is "a little run of success"? Are you serious? oO

*cough* Jjakji *cough*

Jjakji was fairly lucky to win Code S (look at his run - things fell into place for him in a way that isn't true for Seed or basically anyone else) and has been fairly unlucky since, putting up great games and barely losing to top opponents typically.

He's still one of the best Terrans in the world as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah and Seed was just one wrong FF away from losing to Byun (would it be 3:0 or 3:1)? Also, just from my personal PoV, when watching the games, I was not actually particulary impressed by him, aside from maybe series v Symbol. I was much more impressed by Oz at MLG or Alicia at MLGs/NASL then by Seed this GSL. But thats just my PoV. I just agree with the guy above, that Seed actually can do the same as Jjakji and fall out in a season or two...

Also, you are NSHS fan, of course your terran ace is 'still one of the best Terrans in the world as far as you are concerned.' You wouldn't be the good enough fan if he weren't. But still, there is not many people who would say the same (for me, SaSe is one of the best protosses in the world, so yeah....)

Well, that was not expected, maybe he'll join a korean team.
With an average game length of 7m36s over his 6 games in GSL3, this is a no-brainer. BitByBit pulls more SCVs than yo momma at a club on Mar Sara. ♞

If guys like Supernova who have never won anything can stay in Code S for 9 seasons there's no reason to believe a champion is going to drop out, don't act like one player sets the rules for everyone else.

Mouz needs a powerful pickup, and NaNiWa is.
Who knows.

Oh and I would say probably not Seed, not Puzzle and not Genius/HerO. But thats just a personal opinion, right? (Although I definitely agree with him not being top8).

Seed, just wins Code S, is not better than Naniwa.... Are you fucking kidding me dude? How the hell is Naniwa a better player than Seed?

Well, thats because I was not particularly impressed with Seed's games in GSL, also I don't think he would do well in foreign tournaments (he took way too many risks/cut too many corners). I would put Creator over almost anyone on that list though, aside from MC. Imo he will just drop out to Code A (and not advance through up and downs) in 1-2 seasons... But still, it's my personal opinion, you don't need to agree with it.
