EG is a SC2 entertainment/media organization, not a competitive pro team. They can't seem to win anything or put up results anywhere close to back-to-back GSL Ro8 finishes, so damuslim nor any of them have any room to talk. Maybr spending more time training in the lair and less time making videos and hawking products would change things a bit. Regardless, naniwa is IMO the most entertaining player in the scene, and I am sure he will find continued success anywhere he goes. Whichever team does pick him up is my new favorite team, at the very least. Naniwa fighting, show all the haters that jealousy can't stop you!
So being nice is a bad thing? Sure, Alex Garfield and Scoots are concerned about image(sponsors DUR), but if you watch any EG run/involved content, its far from PC. I think what the organization has is called "standards for behavior" which is vastly different from being thoughtpolice.
I'm not sure if there is a Western team that Naniwa hasn't been on that would want him AND have the cash to pay him. Maybe SK? Personal sponsorship?
I hope he goes to EG because my two favorite players will on the same team HuK and Naniwa. If that Swedish team is true and he is on it then he will be wasting his time because I don't think ST will still let him in to practice i thought that was an agreement with Quantic. Well wherever u go Naniwa i will support you and gl

Don't wanna sound like a Naniwa fanboy, but alot of code b players that are better? Sound like you just don't like the guy. He has gotten to ro8 twice now...
Naniwa receiver GSL bailout seeds 5 or 6 times, iirc. If any code B player had received that many free seeds, he would've won a GSL title already.
More claims with nothing to back them up. Only thing we know is that Nani has gotten two ro8 and a code S seed before that, everything else is speculaion.
Its a fact that he had received 5 or 6 free GSL seeds and went 0-2 in each of the first 3 seeds.

Naniwa won 3 code A seeds and won/was given a Code S seed. In no way were they free.
LOL. He was given 3 code A seeds you mean. Seriously the day that a foreigner gets into code A through the qualifiers you guys on the forum will be able to bash the code B players. Until then, I shall continue to believe that any code b player is capable of beating the best foreigns players on any given day.
stop making a joke out of yourself, stupid posts every page really

So any player who has been in the GSL Code A/S five or six times has won a GSL title?
Even the Koreans admit Naniwa is really good so maybe it's time to stop referencing the age old Code A record.

They basically are, he stood out among foreigners but not Koreans. Getting to Code S is over half the battle of winning it.
