Recently I made a thread about the SC2 - Epic moments video that was 7 minutes and 30 seconds long.. This was not long enough to cover all the epic moments, and that is why I made another video!
It is over 17 minutes and contains all the battles from the last video, but with a TON of new ones as well. As we all know, it has been two years since the release of Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty, and in this video you can see the most epic moments since then.
I've posted the music I used in the description of the video, and you can find it if you watch it on YouTube. There is also subtitles for this video as well, a whopping 3178 words were written to cover what the casters said!
Enough talking.. I present to you: "Starcraft 2 - Epic Moments Of All Time [Extended]"
That is just insanely good. A lot of these greatest hits style videos are pretty lame but this one is really well done. Thank you for all the time it must have taken.
Also - reminds me how great Tasteosis is. They are popular for a reason. So good.

Although Im really missing White-Ra beating MC at GSL World Championships.
But well, cant include every moment, unless you want the video 1 hour long lol.
Good job!
That was an awesome moment indeed, MC showing the foreigners some cardboard sign with his name(?) and then a thumbs down before he went into the booth, then WhiteRa giving the Korean bench a thumbs down when he left the booth after beating MC. I was so proud of WhiteRa
I don't understand why DRG vs MMA would be left out. I (and many others) consider it to be the best moment in GSL history, aside from maybe Nestea vs sC. If the video is too long, it could easily replace many of those clips. But in any case, good job again, great video nonetheless.
Awesome video. I wonder what could possibly happen that could top Squirtle vs Mvp in Metropolis. Also I think Artosis came a hundred times in those 5 seconds.
Your fantastic feedback is inspiring me to continue making videos. As the time passes I learn more stuff and get new experience with the Adobe Premiere Pro and movie making in general.
Need to add in there: Fruit Dealer in GSL Open Season 1 Dimaga taking down July, then MVP, but loosing the final game to Nestea in GSL World Championship
:DD I really really loved the ending with John. And I'm not sure if it's arranged chronologically, but it definitely felt chronological ^__^; Really well done, I love it! I was so happy to recognize almost all of these games!
I love the video :D. Sucks that you took out the IdrA-HuK hallucinations... Also I feel like the MKP nuke on his own army vs. Drewbie deserves a spot instead of some of the other plays.
How can a video that mostly only has non-GSL clips titled epic moments of all time? Almost all of the clips in the video are those cliched highlight videos on youtube for years. There are hundreds of even more epic moments in Code S and especially in Code A that no one is willing to discover and collect. If the title is epic moments of SC2, it would be awesome. But now the title is a boast.
Great vid. Glad you added the alicia game vs. MKP. That DT was such a hero lol. I agree w/ the person earlier who said there should be a white-ra moment added. I wouldn't mind seeing an all-kill from one of the team leagues as well, there have been some pretty nasty all-kills.

I thought everyone made a huge fuss over nothing there with Alicia's DT. Repeatedly blocking a CC from landing while macroing up at home; most pro's could do that in their sleep, especially someone as good as Alicia.
What deserved more credit was that during a crisis moment when MKP was trashing his base, he had to presence of mind to realize that the only way MKP could possibly win is if he scans to destroy the DT's, so he blinks the stalkers under the CC at the last second before it lands.
The very last scene where John the translator gives his speech it is subtitled as "if anyone adopts your passion..." The correct sentence however is "if anyone doubts your passion..."
Could you please correct that because I can't stand my favorite sc2 speech being subtitled wrong, sorry to be so nit-picky.
I applaud you on creating such a beautiful video though ^^
If this can get even more extended it would be cool to add WhiteRa vs MC on shakuras at korea vs world and Happy vs Darkforce on Shattered Tempel (wich is i believe the sickest marine split ever done in sc2 so far) -> here

The Happy thing isn't even epic at all. Happy still loses everything.

Thanks for the feedback. Solved the error
And to everyone else: Thank you so much for the feedback. I appreciate it a lot! ♥
Definitely the best highlight-video to date! It brings back so many good memories for those of us who actually were there to see those games live. ^^ But I think anyone who understands a bit about the game would appreciate this video. Excellent work!
I think you should include that epic pvp code s finals, I believe it was seed vs mc, sorry if I'm mistaken. Those series were absolutely amazing. They cheesed each other for 4 games and in the 5th one, someone's cheese failed and they did nothing for 20mins before a-moving colossus at each other. Such an unrivaled display of skill, glad those pesky tvt and tvz's are history.
I know I'm being picky, but I feel you should also make a true "epic sc2 moments" videos. Like not just the memorable videos, that are just epic. The ones that give you nerdchills.
And to truly make a "great" video, one that can get hundreds of thousands of views, and truly capture esports, be even more choosey.
Scrap the moon fail baneling bombs, the idra leaving games, those are memorable, but not defining. Pick not the epic ones, but the truly great ones.
Even if you have to, and don't want to cut some scenes, just incorporate flashes of them into a short sequence. Like boxer droping the maruders onto tanks for two seconds, the specific nuke instance in jinro choya, stuff like that.
Make sure to pinpoint the true great moments which we all look back at, and remember, and cherish.
DRG MMa, whole last minute.("DRG... PUSHING ZERG... TO ITS LIMITS" I will always remember) MVP Squirtle vortex scene The instant that MKP decided to pull scvs vs Nestea in GSL season 2 Boxer Rain I AM NADA Maybe the KESPA player "fan hyping" from Flash, JAedong, etc. at the mlg Huk Naniwa two zealots vs stalker battle Kiwikaki vortexing stephano
The specific moments, that don't just represent great sc2 moments, but define starcraft itself. Like 7 minutes ish.
That was awesome. What a trip down memory lane. I like how you queued up the music to sync with Day9 covering his mouth after Idra left on Belshir. That was a pretty unforgettable moment.
The only thing I'd add is it would be nice to have a date and tournament round information for each clip, contrasting the Boxer vs Kyrix clip to the Squirtle vs MVP clip in their age

Well, it is a hard job to satisfy everyone. Everyone have different moments they think are the best ones, and that is good! I love the fact that people are different. However, creating something like this, a "best moments of all time" video requires you to know the game well. It is always someone that won't be that excited for the video because they miss "their" moments, the moments they think should be in it. That is why it is hard to please everyone.
I really appreciate your suggestions tho, you gave me a sick idea that I can incorporate in future videos. Thanks, and have a wonderful day ♥
I remember watching both the Kiwi/Stephano game as well as MC vs Thorzain game 4 of TSL3. Those were definitely two of the most epic games I've ever seen in my life.
Great video and perfect ending Shows 2 things : - Two Steps From Hell / X-Ray dog (etc.) music adds so much epicness - You don't need 400 gazillion special effects to get a good video... which is sadly what 90% of game videos are about.

Gratz and keep up
Well, it can be really good with the effects if you are good with it and not overdo it. Adding thousands of light changes and camera shakes etc. in a 5 minute video is too much.

But you should not use such a boastful title. How about "my epic sc2 moments" rather than this boast that dictates what is the "most epic moments of all time" for the community?
There was a game that was awesome, where I think it was Kiwikaki, who went around xel'naga cavers with his army, killed all of Machine's nexi, evading Machine's army and then finally after killing Machine's hatch, he used his mothership to warp all of his cornered units out of Machine's base. He did something similar with Stephano at IPL, using his mobility vs Stephano's BL's.
