No what happened was they counted Bear's participation in Code A qualifiers (even though not televised) so it passed to the person who beat him in Code A qualifiers (Panic). If a person completely retires while UWC probably the sanest thing to do is to just revert it to the previous holder, since the champion would have kind of "resigned" their championship. | ||
