Why does Proleague count for UWC but not ATC? Is it because it's korean? The ATC has a lot of the best players in the world (except KeSPA) and is a "Major" Tournament.Or is it because of Allkill format or just because nobody paid attention to it in season 1 and it would be dumb to enclude it now it is in season 3?
