This measure initiated on the 16th of this month, while the reason for this disciplinary action remained unrevealed, cited as a internal issue of the team All that really means is that they made an update to their A/B teams and it was reflected in their press materials. That's all it means. There could have been any number of things related to the team in the press materials and that could have just been one section. It doesn't necessarily mean that was the full extent of the press materials. But either way they didn't shame him .. Just stated that he was now on the B-team, not in the team house, and that it was due to an internal issue. Shaming him would be doing what was done over Twitter when Golden and Dragon left the team. Obviously everyone, including Jessica, learned from that experience. Golden wasn't shamed at all, as far as I'm aware. He even wrote a letter about how much he loved SlayerS
If I remember right (and I've displayed repeatedly that I usually don't T_T ) Dragon was shamed, Golden was not. It's really hard to compare this situation with that, however. Jessica really botched that one.

Interview is up. He said "I have nothing special to say besides today's match."

I wasn't sure which one of them was, just that they left at the same time and there was all that twitter drama about backstabbing and such. Unless I'm mistaken?

What a PR-disaster, it's just normal that people are speculating now. SlayerS didn't handle it very badly. It was actually handled very normally. We're all just idiots.
Well I have to disagree with you on this one. What did the SlayerS managment expect? They just make a vague statement that they punish their best player and drop him from the team house and people wouldn't wonder why and would just accept that they will have their reasons to do so?
That's just not going to happen. You can argue that the fans don't have any right to know what really happened, but imo you can't expect the fans to get personal involved, cheer and support your players and then just don't care in a situation like this. Like it or not, e-sports - as every other professional sports - is part of the entertainment business and therefore fans are the most important part. Just imagine if Real Madrid would demote Ronaldo to their second team tomorrow without stating the reasons why. The newspapers would be full of speculations for days until the story gets out.

That's why I made the comparisson, since people were talking about Slayers supposedly shaming MMA. Jessica totally botched that previous incident and that one player was definitely shamed. What's going on with MMA is completely different.

The backstabbing part was due to Dragon leaving SlayerS as he retired as a progamer only to very shortly afterwards join Millenium so Jessica saw Dragon as spineless that he didn't dare to just straight up tell her he wanted to leave SlayerS to join a foreign team (like Golden did which is why Jessica had 0 problems with Golden leaving).

Boxer: Goddamnit MMA! Stop oogling Miya! Goddamnit, why are the Zergs all fucking naked anyways?
Cella: Coca convinced them to all do it when he got back to the team house. Not going to lie, kid's been...off ever since we suspended him.

Just a typical day in the Slayers house...

It's strange though, how did TiG know that MMA wanted to look for a foreign team, if MMA is not really wanting to speak much now?

Fuck yeah! Juicy, juicy drama.

TiG also didn't show the official Team Press Materials, so we don't know what was really said by SlayerS (direct quotations?). All we're going on is a translation of a news article on a website that's blown things out of proportion before, based on supposed press materials supposedly released by the team.
TiG might be making most of this stuff up -_-''

Yeah, in the interview it seems he doesn't want to mention the drama...

Either MMA has to bite the bullet and stay in B-Team, or he has to reveal what happened. I doubt a foreigner team will let MMA onto their team without knowing what got him kicked out.

MMA said other than today's match he has nothing special to say. In addition, he said the supportive words of all his fans, especially foreign fans, makes him want to work harder and post better results (typical korean line).
