Well, he was the best at a certain point in time.
I'm sure Boxer will pull through. Before his heyday, Terran was considered weak which was why chose to use the race. I'm sure T's will think of something in time.
Like what? All terrans are struggling. As in all.
Hopefully Blizzard fixes this mess and Boxer remains a Terran...
Yeah, I'm aware that all Terrans are struggling what with Mvp having 0% winrate in TvZ in practice while MKP has 10% winrate in practice. I'm just trying to be optimistic.
All P's struggled back in BW until the Bisu build after all. Then again, I'm too lazy to pull out stats or check if that's entirely accurate.

I kinda lost a bit of respect for BoxeR..and not just him. any other pro who complains and just half arse the game because terran are having a hard time. although I do understand it's frustrating since it's their job to do well.
BoxeR got reavers nerfed, and switched because of the reaver nerf. The former's a half-lie, the latter's the full on truth. Just throwing it out there.

But for how long though? SC2 is different with BW, it's a fact that is needed to be accepted. The seriousness of a buff/nerf is significant magnified by a sheer number of competitive games that are being played nowaday. In BW, you can take 3 months to figure out, and it doesn't hurt that much because there were so few games and so few tournaments. But with current form of SC2 right now, 3 months mean HSC5, TSL4, MLG Summer Arena, Assembly Summer, MLG Summer Championship, DH Valencia. That is almost $200,000 moving around, not counting various online cups. What was the last time Terran win a Playhem? Even back in the Zerg Dark Age, we still have Nestea and the online ladder DRG whose best MU is ZvT. Nowaday, you don't see any Terran confidently claiming that TvZ is his best MU anymore.
This is not about BW/SC2 alone, this is a mere simple problem that will happen to any populated community. Problem will always be magnified and need a different method to deal with other than letting it deal with itself.
really not surprised. hots looks terrible for terran as the weakness of terran late game hasn't been addressed while the other races got more late game options. If anything the new terran units will be used for one and two base all ins from which blizzard will have to nerf them down to the point where they arent very good anymore.
Hmm this differs from his attitude he had with BW.
In his autobiography, he wrote that he chose Terran because they were the weakest.
Now, he doesn't want to play Terran because they seem to be getting increasingly weak?
I wonder why that is, and if he recognizes this change.
Anyways I'll cheer for whatever race he plays, but if he changes I'd hope it's not Zerg. I don't think that would fit him too well, it's more of a macro race than micro. Protoss maybe. I hope he sticks with Terran though T_T
I might switch to whatever race he switches to though

he wrote that he played terran because they were humans, I think.
Why is this turning into a Terran QQ thread? Pretty sure BoxeR has "half jokingly" been complaining about SC2 Terran forever, wasn't he one of those ultimatum guys ("nerf again and I'll switch!") back when that was in vogue back in year 1?
His break is going to be longer and he may switch. <- That's the news.

well actually fair enough I didn't know that, this kinda changes alot from my standpoint. My BW knowledge...is limited to say the least

He himself stated he switched to Terran because he liked to harass and reavers got nerfed so he went to Terran instead. Not cause they're weak.
