Meh, he's probably just yanking everyone's chains, like Bisu saying he will play Terran instead of Protoss.

No matter the balance issues at this point, balance in HotS is anyone's guess.

This is kind of a failure of Blizzard's to have a progamer like Boxer think that a race is better than the other enough that he is willing to switch. Regardless of the current balance, having progamers simply think that there is a lack of balance to such a degree is bad news.
