Many of Norway's highest master players are on NHC. Glad to see Creo putting in the effort. I hope that the addition of him as a coach can help the scene as a whole somehow (many of the Norwegian players are on NHC). Creo was very talented and achieved a lot in a short time frame, so maybe he knows a thing or two about how to improve quickly. With or without limited time. Norwegians rarely have time for games because they prioritize other things like school, friends, partying, women, killing polar bears, etc. So Creo joining NHC and teaching the players how to improve while still having time to kill polar bears will be very helpful for them!

I've considered trying to get a talk with successful ex-progamers and the likes about how they approached the game and what they did to achieve the things they did. Not to look for a magic fix, but for inspiration. Read up on different interviews instead. I hope the players at NHC take advantage of this opportunity to learn how to improve and how to look at the game. If they really want to improve that is (I mean no disrespect). Creo's perspective might be interesting, inspiring and useful.

Good luck to everyone.

Thanks for the kind words, Snute!
We are definitely glad for having Creo onboard and have no doubt he will provide a huge amount of experience and knowledge to the table. Our players are also very excited about these news and looking forward to soak up as much information as possible! I'm positive they will soak up as much experience as humanly possible out of this and evolve to great heights!

I still remember this exact game. SO EPIC! His DH hit lvl 6 just in time. Such a crazy back and forth game.

you should get him to make some vods explaning his thought process etc, how to analyse replays and so on. Creo is one of the smartest players in e-sports and a ton of people could learn from him!

So has he actually been playing SC2? Whats his KR ladder rank? Just curious because to come out of retirement from WarCraft 3 to coach StarCraft 2 (which is a way different game) he would already have to have some amazing insight/knowledge of the game. Atleast that is what I would want if I am paying someone to coach my players.

Either way the best of luck to him, and the team! Hope they do well and we see the rise of a new foreign team ^^

i remember when he decided to just "come back" to WC3 and won WCG in 2007... always been a 4Kings fan glad to see he's involved... wish it was as a player though!

I am really disappointed after having read the title and then the actual post. Should maybe fix the title.

Regardless, hopefully this amounts to something, I wish him the best of luck and hopefully he can make a mark on the western scene in terms of coaching.

wow if Creo can transist his wc3 talent to sc2 he could kick ass... for me he was the most talented player of all time and it was sad to see him stop with esports just when he started to kick everyones ass..

Btw. cool picture from the PGL who they put on their site, on the picture u see SaSe, Grubby, Moon & Creo (and some other chinese/koreans) but all the Europeans now play SCII as it seems

Hush! Don't let them know we kill polar bears! They still think we are riding them like horses
