CS:GO is full of paranoid people that call you cheater at random times all the times. And there's some cheater along the way yes but mostly stupid people that call cheat to every kill through a smoke or something.

First of all it's a brand new account. Doesn't mean anything, but still. He cannon rushes an unscouted third, while not building a cannon at home. Needless to say, this would lose to literally everything except 3 hatch before pool.
He follows this up by waltzing around with a couple of sentries and stalkers killing 3 overlords through minimap clicking. Then conveniently backs off to the ramp to defend an unscouted push.
Right after this, he warps in a ton of shit and blink all ins an unscouted third. (While taking a third nexus).
I don't play much any more, but he was genuinely not playing a level I would expect to be playing against, and did enough suspicious things to warrant my report.
And then GGs in private chat after the game. lel
