Is this a hacker? I started to play in dec 2014, so I cannot recognize it.

-I retreat with the rest of my army, leaving 2 pylons and 1 probe on the map. At 12:40 he takes his remaining lings and farms all of them going straight from one to another.
-16:10 i´m going to kill the rocks to his main. he has no vision at all. brings his army in position anyway.

None of your descriptions would be nothing more than merely indicative of a possibility maphacking. I hope there's notably more than someone being prepared for what you do.
For example, in TvT, simply because of my opener, I end up blindly building a turret in every single TvT (as I build 0 marines for anti-air). Also, right around the time a 4 hellion drop would hit, I "blindly" move all units back into my main to stop a drop, and the only defense at my front is 4 units the bunker.
Without further info, I don't think any of your replays warrant being downloaded and looked at.

On my first drop, he preemptively sets off nexus canon then warps in stalkers without any vision on my two dropships to his natural. Then, he sets up his units without knowing my units coming in from two different angles. I mean....at least not make it so obvious you know...

Man, my second hacker opponent today lmao. This one is way more obvious then my 1st one. Just watch until my drops leave my base at around 10 min mark, then he looks into FOW into SICK defense on both drops. It doesn't stop there. He knows all of my army movements without any OBS on the map, then when I confront him, he goes WHY ACCUSE? lmao....blizzard...c'mon..

Do you know the difference between lying and hacking/cheating? Apparently not. When he plays random and you ask for his race at the beginning it's pretty obvious that he will don't tell the truth about it. And this is neither hacking nor cheating - if you want to know the race of a random player, scout and don't make false accusations - this is so lame. You can get warned/banned for this.
