You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |

Not a hack, but you can report him for MMR abuse.
Since start of the S9 Blizzard changed promotion/demotion rules. For example rule "A player can also be instantly promoted to a league if his moving average exceeds the upper bound of that league." seems to have been removed. At the moment it seems hard to get demoted if you have a large loss streak. It seems it is much easier to meet stabilization rules for promotions than demotions.
This is why there are lots of posts such as "I am bronze - why I am matched against master players --> matchmaker is not working" on Bnet forums these days. The abusers have crashed their MMR into lower leagues level, but have not been demoted (matchmaker is working, but it may be hard for masses to realize this as MMR values are hidden).
Edit: It is of course unknown if he used hacks such as loss bots to automatically leave games to lower his MMR.

It is of course unknown if he is the same 'Thylacine' who posted here. There are several SC2 accounts named 'Thylacine' on EU server. And yes the one who posted here indeed seemed more 'promoting' hacks than be against them.
Edit: It is likely (even if not for certain) that it is his account. On other thread he expressed his interest on 'practice buddy search engine': http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=335250#6 . I searched 'Thylacine' from that service and got one hit (Thylacine.771): http://scvrush.com/users/6882-thylacine . I added that account as character friend in SC2 client and that account matched the replay's account.
Edit2: It might also be that the previous is not his or he has several accounts with same name. In this thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?id=355984 he reports a _different_ 'Thylacine' -named account to be his.

ye, it might be different ppl, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was the same. guess we won't find out since he's already banned from tl.

oooooh Thylacine so it's true, I once met him in 2v2 and he and his partner instantly built a forge when I put mine down and srarted getting defensive cannons with 0 scouting, I accused them of hacking and they were so bm lol, nice to know it's true : )

He is mainly manually creating SCVs, however sometimes he uses auto production, if anything this makes it easier to see since 5+ times during his games he will auto-produce and you can compare the impossible selection to his normal selection :D

Hello, i just played against LPGTtSultan and im 100% sure he used maphack against me, everything is in replay which i upladed but the most important things:
1. He didnt even scout me and he play 1 gate - nexus - forge and .... 4 CANONS
2. Perfect moves against my drops and movement army - without obs of course
Im 100% sure he used maphack in this game, i have huge experience in this game and his account should be locked as soon as poosible.

In general hackers are completely terrible players, except like maybe CombatEX and a few others, they have high ladder ranks because of the program they use, not because of any actual skill.
There's no real achievement in beating an hacker, though I agree it feels great sometimes.

Except WLHgeorge didn't hack... he just shared his acc with Gerudo to boost his MMR when it was Tanked  still banned so w/e sharing accounts with hackers is bannable too.

Eh I'm fairly sure rts_trauma was on the list of paid users that I skimmed off the hack maker's website a while ago, so I think this guy probably hacked at one point or another, and may still do so with externals. You can even google his name and it's hacking across all manners of games. No reason to believe he would just randomly stop, especially with the replays.
Too bad their userlist is closed off to non paying people now, can't check, but I'm fairly sure.
edit - No sooner do I write this, my next game has a 2 stack of friends who troll and feed and don't help, and there is also a russian who goes 20 minute no boots.

I have the Same thing happen to me and my friend. i have the replay but i dont know how to upload it...blue drops pylon in our base and leaves. then red makes gateways and even tho the pylon gets killed. his buildings finish and are powered somehow, and zealots come streaming out. This anger's me so much, how this game can be so broken at times...and so littered with hackers. FYI one of the players names was Flash(the one that stayed).

Why bother? It's not a hack, it's a bug like allied lurkers or whatever in BW. Building a strategy around it may be unethical in a way but they don't deserve to be listed here.

i didn't say they would, and you are right, it doesn't warrant a hacker listing. but i think the current scope of this thread encompasses exploitable bugs, at least more so than any other current thread. if he wants to discuss, talk about and upload a relevant replay i think that's fair game. i do wish people would check the op before posting with regards to uploading reps, but on the other hand those high post avatars look mighty fine.
