Keep up the great work.

I love how you develop as an interviewer. Great show with Naniwa, my favourite is still with James 2GD

Come on, do we really need to go over it? He's been involved with it every time the subject of Naniwa has come up on SoTG, like they all have. Particularly after he was set to go on but decided he didn't want to. That's not to say that they haven't been partially right about him, sometimes, but other times it has come off as a bit much.

its a chess game, and nani plays it well.

im not saying he isn't being genuine, but almost no one can be genuine and be successful in his position (see incontrol/all of EG/JP himself/many progamers who 'manner up')

i really liked the real talk.

even if i dont think nani is being genuine i support him and like him, i am just a cynic (i dont think anyone is genuine) so hating on nani but not others is unfair to me.

its very clear that teams didnt like him because he was so successful then asked for more money, they didnt budge, he left, they shit talked him.

nani pretty much said that they spent too much time together and got sick of each other. He still respects Sase and he thinks that a bit of space between them will patch things up between them.

No Naniwa is the problem. There are plenty of foreigners that practice in Korean team houses, have you ever heard of anything like the ENTIRE TEAM ignoring the player for an entire week? One player disliking someone is one thing but ENTIRE TEAM ignoring you is another. Naniwa is the problem.

I don't think you can prove it that way. You would need to look at other foreign players who were at the MVP house to prove something.

Drewbie and trimaster stayed in the MVP house. I never heard anything from them about being ignored by the whole team. It's just Naniwa.

never heard it, must be true.

I think you're making baseless assumptions and you should stop. We only know one side of the story but we've also heard plenty of other pros going back to BW days about how difficult it can be to live in korean gaming houses.

You should stop, you're coming off as a petty kid with some sort of weird NaNiwa inner hatred.

Drewbie made a 4 20min vlogs of his time in the MVP house. He seemed pretty happy there and never mentioned being ignored or unwelcomed in the videos.

And don't compare BW training houses to Sc2 training houses. They are nothing similar in terms of training regiments.

I am not making baseless claims or have an inner hatred for naniwa. Former managers and teamates have come out and said how terrible naniwa is to deal with. Naniwa is the problem bro.

I take it you weren't around for that shitstorm when Ret had a stint in Korea during his BW days?
When SC2 came for BW, I cried. Now LoL/Dota2 comes for SC2, and I laugh. \o/

Innocent till the opposite is proven, not otherwise.
You can't just start assuming stuff that might have happened because then you are witch hunting.
They don't talk about it to anyone = it didn't happen unless its proven otherwise.

that which is asserted with no evidence can be dismissed with no evidence.

We can all pipe in some cliche words of wisdom, the point remains we don't know the whole story and the guy is being a dick for calling out naniwa multiple times as the 'problem in the team house'. Any reasonable person can see it's probably much more involved.

Come on, is this so hard to understand?

Naniwa has problems with dealing with people, we all know that already. He has improved A LOT lately, but it's not surprising to me that he had problems with the Koreans.

He has had conflicts with a lot of people who even speaks his language, you think he will do better with a drastically different culture in a drastically different environment?

I believe what he said about the Koreans ignoring him, but I think the problem probably lies on both sides. Koreans have their way of doing things, if you just blend in and try to be friendly and join them(like Huk), they are going to like you. Yet if you are like Naniwa who's not the best at dealing with people, and who, to put it in the nicest wording, introvert; then you will likely run into conflicts, which will get multiplied by the difficulty of communication.

I've always liked Naniwa, and he grew up a lot during these two years of starcraft, but he's still Naniwa. The Naniwa with unbelievable determination, skill, and a difficult-to-deal-with personality. ( which got confirmed even more when he talked about sase...well, at least for me friendship only grows and i never get tired of my BFF lol)

TL;DR: It's not his nor MVP's fault that they didn't get alone, or you can say it's both of them's fault.

He's only involved because he's the host of SOTG. I can't recall JP *himself* saying anything crazy negative about him. IncontroL and IdrA? Of course they have said their fair share of criticism, to say the least.

Gymnasium in Swedish = High School.

Favorite Real Talk yet, but mostly because I'm a biased as hell Naniwa fanboy. Really awesome to hear things directly from him instead of through third party bullshit though.

#1 Naniwa never said MVP was the problem
#2 Trimaster and Drewbie stayed there for a lot less time then naniwa (I think drewbie technically only stayed there for two weeks as he was at GOM house during the Korean hollydays)
#3 The difference between American culture and Swedish culture is probably as big as the difference between Korean and Swedish one.
#4 SaSe recently said exactly the same things as naniwa, but about the startale house as well, he said it was some cultural thing that you never mention what the other person has done wrong but you the group as a whole still gets upset at you for it. Would imply that he's the problem in this case as well?
#5 Your welcome to show us your source on how bw teamhouses differ from sc2 teamhouses.
