Awesome news! With these features SC2 is finally becoming the game everybody expected it to be. Too bad we still have to wait until HotS release

Also sucks to be one of those guys who bought like 7 copies of WoL in order to play in other servers. 5 or 4 of those copies are gonna become pretty much useless.

So they finally want to upgrade bnet 0.2 to battlenet 1.2? Sounds pretty good to me. Especially the resume replay function.

That could allow noobs to just hop into a game that has been played by pros for 20 minutes and have fun with what they already builded or just skipping the early game and just practice lategame macro and big engagements.

And of course they could just continiue from this replays if there is a disconect in a big tournement.

All an all very happy if they really implement all of this

Its nice that they listen to the complaints.

I expected them to do something like this eventually, it would be unbelievably stupid not to but then there's the lack of LAN...

It feels great to see that they're working on improving, nevertheless. Especially with the replay resume feature when it was so easy for a user here on TL to implement.

I'm really glad that this is all going to be implemented, but it feels the same way as when I was watching close position Shattered Temple games at Blizzcon... It took a disaster for this to come to mind for Blizzard?

Allot of stuff is still missing though, it truly is slightly better or on par with Battle.Net 1.0 now, maybe you now could call it an early beta of Battle.Net 1.2? The social aspect and the UI is still horrible.
