map was awful with the performance problems and I think it's a bad map overall anyways. Many of the new maps have some small ugly design flaws.

I never had any issues but I guess it's good that Blizz is fixing it... but it was one of my favorite maps on the ladder. I just hope it comes back soon.

Good call. It's not fair to win those 200/200 engagements just because you had a better video card.

I had an excellent ZvP with a very nice player, where I thought I was sure to win until he did an amazing vortex and followed it up perfectly. He then started to lag out and couldn't seal the deal. I knew I didn't deserve to win the game, so I'm glad this is being looked at to keep the results fair.

I can only imagine what it's like to fight against a Terran under extreme lag conditions, with their excellent range attacks surviving through lag so well. Great call, Blizzard. (Please let us veto Metropolis for free?)

Metropolis, not Metalopolis.

Yeah I had really bad issues with that map, played one custom game on it and died horribly because I couldn't micro at all.

I notice the lag most when I tried to stream with a decent fps - was setting up dxtory to feed into xSplit, and used this map as my test. Gave up after I realised my stream was so poor only on this map.

Kinda sad about this - I was very sceptical about the map but having played it a couple of times I really liked it.

But it's definitly the right decision. You can't have a map in your pool that doesn't work for everyone. Simply an unfortunate situation I guess.

Not sad at all because my computer is awful. My fps was usually about 30 and like 7 in big fights. Thats why I had this map vetoed.

kinda weird. I've never had the fps drops. or maybe they were really minimal so i just didnt notice??
