It's just that the group selections are one of the few times other than Code S preshows/off the record where we get to see the progamers' personalities and listen to their thoughts. I think that's why a lot of people were upset. | ||

But props to you for acually hearing what the community has to say. Most of the so called "popular" casters don't really do that. | ||

Just recall the nature of the show next time: Tons of nerds are watching who do not speak Korean and are keen to hear what the Korean players have to say about why they were picked or whom they picked themselves. That's the fun of the show. I realize you just jumped in and there was no preparation, so don't take it too hard. Instead, help make the next group nomination show an even better experience. For instance, as a suggestion, if John has to run off to translate for a foreigner when he is picked or has to pick, have one of the Korean producers give you a basic translation via headset of what is being said in that time. That way you can fill the silence more meaningfully. I am not sure how well John can focus on what is being said to translate it while you two talk about collateral stuff in English, but there might always be gaps that can be filled even if that doesn't work so well (i.e. not when a player grabs a mic). I guess you will just have to know when and how it's a good idea to interject. Also, nichts für ungut, Thomas. Du machst das schon! Berlin hwaiting!  | ||
