Server: NA Race: Zerg League: Silver What you are hoping to achieve: I am hoping to achieve confidence in the game and get to the point where I know what to do in most situations. Leagues don't matter a whole lot to me but the higher the better ya know? Time you're free to learn: 90% of the time everyday in the afternoon/evenings Brief description about you: Have been playing Sc2 off and on for about a year now. Name: Gagoom Character Code: 408 Sever: North America Race: Zerg(random often) League: Top 8 Gold What you are hoping to achieve: Simply getting better at starcraft2. (diamond/master would be ideal) So I've been playing off and on since the beta of SC2:WoL however I've never really dedicated to "getting better". I was top Platinum several times during WoL and haven't really 1v1ed much in Hots until recently. While my win ratio in gold is about 60%(about 200 games played in 1v1 this seaon) and I am having fun; I feel like I just need a little help from someone to get over the next hump. I feel like a have a decent understanding of the game; and good macro until 3-4 base which is where I just start to fall apart(engagments,Units comps, better scouting) I can skype or use any other chat programs a decent coach would like to use. I'm generally on and very active during the evenings 8-9pm(EST) till whenever really. Seriously looking into to dedicating to this so please don't think I'm just another scrub crying about balance. I'm not expecting to become a pro or anything, would simply like to be able to compete at a higher level! | ||

A little about myself: I played sc1 when i came out as well as sc broodwar took many years off started with SC2 Hots never played WoL im an avid player in the 8 or 9 months ive had the game ive played 4043 games this season alone in 1v1 ranked ive played 662 games in the season ive played 1381 so to say im serious is an understatement i am willing to learn open to criticism i am here to learn so i am here to listen. I have been trying for so many years now, it's almost embarrassing. Tonight I have had enough, I figure I should try and reach out. I was doing really well 75 percent winrate in diamond and then I go on tilt like I always tend to and then I have to start all over. It's demotivating. I hoping there is someone out there with a lot of coaching experience who is willing to help me out and help me achieve my goal. | ||

Race: Zerg League: Diamond. What I'm hoping to achieve: Self Enlightenment. Creative growth and self discipline. I want to not only learn what it takes to be a good starcraft 2 player, but I want to challenge and question those who believe they already are. I could use better decision making and build order recognition, as well as pretty much everything else (SC2 is complicated and has great depth) I have what I believe to be a unique build order and am working on sharpening it. Range of players willing to coach: Im willing to coach all leagues but I do require a certain level of commitment if i am to use my free time coaching you. The abselute minimum requirement is that you must play atleast 30+ ladder games weekly and have done so the past 3 weeks when you contact me. On top of that as we practice you will from time to time get assignments or maps to practice, which I will also expect you to put time into. Time you're free to coach: I am free most days, but this will of course vary due to personal commitments. Brief description about you: I've played SC2 since WoL beta, and played BW for +7 years before that. During coaching I tend to focus on the underlying concepts of strategy rather than timings and builds. Such as a cake recipe wont make you a master chef, neither do i think having a build order without understanding why it works will benefit you in the long run. Hoping to achieve a permanent master league spot. Time I'm free to learn: In the next 3 weeks I'll have nearly unlimited time, after that my semester begins again but I'll find time to play then as well. Brief description about me: 21yo from Germany, studying Software Engineering at the University of Stuttgart. Playing almost since WoL release, getting towards 8k ladder games soon and still stuck in high diamond league, which bothers me a lot, especially because my brother get's into master league every season and I win every game against him ^^ | ||

I have spent a lot of time watching replays and SC2 casts and looking at guides. I have lost a lot of games as well. I just don't seem to be improving. I'm not super good at microing either. I want to learn this game! It's challenging and I love that about it. I just want to make some progress. | ||
