explain this.

this thread starts to get interesting - already almost as good as the mysterious EG announcement hype thread (where HuK joined EG)

|

Can't be done, there isn't enough information to reconstruct anything. You'd need a photo of many progamers in the exact same position, lighting and visible size, use the same blur algorithm on all, and check pixel for pixel (like was done for HSC4). zoom. enhance.
If CSI can do it why can't we?

Don't know, I'm not expert same as you I guess, but from FXOBoss blog (he wrote it 2 weeks ago) :
"Oh, and about those BW players? They are currently praccing with an sc2 team. GL HF"
I hope you saw this before: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=305648 http://fxoboss.tumblr.com/post/15552007583/the-koreans-are-coming-again

Based on his sitting hight/monitor angle/screen height he is somewhere between 168-173 cm tall. So he can't be bisu. What is Flash's height?

who's the foreigner with the beard?

We know his height, arm length and hair colour, we getting closer!

It looks a hell of alot like anyppi to me... based on arm length, the darkness around the eyes suggests glasses, he is known to die his hair orange-ish brown, and that he played protoss in BW!

That'll make sense, I think he said that he wanted to pursue a career in SC2. Well either him or another KT player that retired

Also I think we need more pictures of IM practicing recently, if there is any, we can gather information from the things around the desk!

Won't they announce it publicly asap if any BW pros ever joined the roster?

FXOboss his blog said that about 40 days from then they would start playing. It's been 38 days so maybe we will see something big in the near future.
Also:
On February 20 2012 08:01 Sanz wrote: some rumour with no real source whatsoever: ngorichard said: STX is with MVP, right?? http://fxoboss.tumblr.com/post/17882719501/oh-and-about-those-bw-playersI'm not sure if I want to fuel this rumor further, but FXOBoss also tweeted: FXOpen e-Sports @FXOpeneSports An EX BW player of importance, [shield] member is currently playing Starcraft 2 with a korean team. I tried searching on TLPD for [shield] members. Other than Sea and Bisu, I don't really see any notable [shield] players other than the ones that have already switched to SC2 like MMA, MKP, SangHo, and HerO. 910, Spear, and JiHyun seem to be the only ones with any slight hint of achievements, though their most recent games are over a year or two ago.
Might we have stumbled on something big here?

I was actually joking...didn't think you would consider that its possible to determine the hight so easely ^_^
|
Not trying to nitpick, but FXOboss hasn't backed up any of those statements up with evidence or sources, so I'm not really sure his word is golden in regards to this.

I have no idea who FXOboss is, but if Nestea and the IM coach say it too it becomes quite credible in my eyes ^^
Plus, say IF Flash (Using him as example just to get my panties in a twist) would be training for SC2 Who do you think KT would hire to train him? The best. Where do the best get trained/play? At IM
Something is going to happen soon, and it is going to be big. The truth is if they transition to SC2, no top pro loses his contract, so that argument is invalid. Anything is possible, and part of it has been confirmed. The question is just how far do the BW teams stand atm.

Not necessarily, they could be making sure he's actually good before saying "OH LOOK WE HAVE BW PRO WE WIN EVERYTHING KK?"
Would be nice to avoid the giant hypestorm around Hyun(?) and Fin if he doesn't have the talent to back it up :3
