absolutely by far the worst team of the 3 on the top got the spot
not gonna watch any of their games anyways so i dont care too much but a stupid voting thing absolutely destroys the competitiveness of a league 
if you just do it via qualifiers it would be a fair process and vile wouldnt have got in ...
also it's bad to make a poll where not all professional teams are on since thats pretty unfair
for example e-sahara wasnt on there eventhough they are still a level above vile
edit: its also not good for vile since they have potential but they are not ready yet
they will get roflstomped and any good tournament organizer wouldnt invite them again
illusion will get pretty good i think and the rest may also be up and coming
it would have been much better for them to just be invited when they actually deserve it

@Turamn - I'm not hating by the way, I just woke up and checked the thread to see how the polls were doing. How it was handled led to my initial reaction (something seems fishy) not that it matters in the end.

there's nothing fishy. Vile had something like 500 votes more than Mill at the end because of Psy and Husky.

I love how everyone seems to think Vile wouldn't have qualified, when they beat some seriously good teams to qualify for IPL tac II.

I'd be curious to see the tournaments viewing numbers during the vile games and during other teams games, I have a feeling the vast majority of viles votes are people who won't actually watch the tournament or might not even know where to watch it if husky doesn't put it on his channel.

I don't think you have enough evidence to support your theory of which team is the best. And regardless of that the whole point of getting community input via votes is to NOT just get the "best" teams in there but to make the whole sport more community friendly and give a bigger chance for underdog stories and such. Which is awesome.
Edit: If it had been like the olympic games 100 m final then yes, use qualifiers to find the best runners and don't use votes, but this is a (relatively) small cup based upon commercials and fan support.

khaldor and take (well he is atn manager) both asked people to vote for atn on their stream so i don't see how this is any different from what husky did

All these haters must have 100% liquibets if they are so certain Vile will fail.
Of course Vile are the underdogs here, but I think there is enough evidence (individual performances in MLGs, IPL TAC qualifier performance, etc) indicating that they have potential to pull off some upsets...

Vile has had far more sucess in teamleagues than Millenium or Attn, so how they are not prepared is beyond me.
Try to actually get some history before you post something like that.

Quick question guys, I can understand why Khaldor and Take would support Alternate for example(managers) what was Husky's reason for advertising for Vile? Is he just a personal fan of theirs, or was there another reason?

THEY OBVIOUSLY PAID HIM TO DO IT...
but seriously, could be any number of reasons. Maybe he has friends on the team?? Maybe he likes watching Spanishiwa play (I think I remember Husky saying he was a Spanishiwa fan), does it matter why he did it? Doesn't....
And to be honest, Millenium has had their chance to play team leagues before, and they have never been successful. Having 1 star player doesn't bring success in team events. Vile has proven that they can have success in team events in the past, and deserve this spot!
It was a tough call between Vile and aTn... I feell like aTn has yet to prove themselves / be given a shot in team events. But either way, there was nothing unfair about the poll.
