Axslav has really improved in the last few months, I think he's a major case of success for the EG house so I'm sad to see that coming to an end. I was a doubter on the EG house at first, but if I had to pick one EG player that changed my mind about it, it would be Axslav.

In a growing scene it's not all about who's getting the best results necessarily To an extent that istrue, but I feel offended.. Are you seriously calling him a "mascot"? iNcontrol's only in this state cuz of real life issues like he mentioned. He will bounce back like terminator ONCE the cloud clears!

All the flak at iNcontroL should really stop. For all the deficiency in play skill that he faces, he more than makes up in PR and general personality marketability. He gets all this crap from the community, but the moment that he left SotG, everyone was crying for his return. I wonder if this move by EG is to transition into a style similar to Liquid for roster management. Keep a small roster, but have much more exposure for all their players. PuMa and JYP being sent to more foreign tournaments would be awesome. I would love to see more DeMusliM at tournaments as well. A roster refocus can actually be a good thing. Everyone should approach it with a more open mind.

I mean to be honest i'm not sure if I ever see him getting to some amazing state. He was decent at one point but that was at the very release of the game and he's never been able to make up ground since then. I mean i really hope that he gets better but I don't necessarily see him doing it, not everyone can just become the next flash if they try hard sadly. I don't think they're keeping him around cause they expect him all of a sudden to start dominating their top 4 players and play on a korean level because that's sadly a rather huge step in play.

Dropping these two, adding on JYP... Seems like EG's slowly becoming an even more beastly team Wish these two didn't have to go ):

How do people like you justify your claim that x is so good even though there is nothing really to quantify that claim. It's like me saying that the sky is purple because it is, there's really no results to back this up. Like yes we all realize they're "good" they play professionally, but there's a huge difference from some random footballer from china and messi. Most people are capably of taking a game and often times a set of almost anyone in the world, it'd be almost ridiculous to assume that x will be y 100% of the time, there are bound to be upsets. He's done much more than "nothing" for the entire year. http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/sc2-international/players/1589_DeMusliM These type of results are consistent with many other notable foreigners, and he is able to play with the best when he's in form.

I hate how people can have such unbelievably high expectations. I hate you're either in the best in the world and expected to take home championships or you're just a scrub so easily written off and called on to change teams. Because believe it or not there are good players who don't have 1st place medals who you don't have to call bad.

I'm sure people can point out "this" or "that," but the bottom line is that they just haven't been relevant in a while (if ever?). Why not open up the books for bigger and better talent? EG is my favorite foreigner team by far, and I love Machine but I wouldn't be surprised if we see him part ways with EG too before long. P.S. No disrespect meant to either player, they are both really great players compared to the whole and I hope they achieve greatness in what ever it is they decide to do post-EG.
